There is no air conditioning at this hotel. Usually this is not much of a concern in the mountains since temps typically cool off at night but we happen to be there on a hot weekend. Just something to note.

The Internet didn't work, the Wi-Fi and TV, respectively, too, the breakfast is very poor. Neighbors walked over our room all night, the floor creaked a lot and we didn't sleep. There was no communication with the accommodation facility to warn that we were late with the check-in. If you arrive after 11 a.m., you will not be checked in. Having such problems, the hotel definitely had to make a discount on accommodation or warn about it in the newsletter. We had one small tube of shampoo and conditioner in our room for 4 people.

The property requires an upgrade. We still need to use a physical key, need to walk a few stairs to our room, not easy to do so with a a lot of luggage Also the smoke detector was extremely sensitive to steam. I boiled water and made rice with rice cooker, which I did many times in other properties without problem, but the detector went off once and the second time triggered the admin one without going off in our room, which was not a big deal but was quite annoying after a busy day of hiking Considering this is an expensive area, this is still the most affordable place we found.

We arrived for breakfast at 9:05 but all was gone. We asked if there were any food available and was told it was removed at 9:00. I think the individual removing the food could have offered us something. We thought breakfast was until 10:00 and we were only 5 minutes late.

Pillows were hard. Personal preference. Also would like a heavier comforter - again my personal preference.

Good. We were late (on us) so only able to grab a few bites. Others came in later too and didn’t get anything. Would have been nice had they kept it open a bit longer but it was the posted time.

The rug in our room needs to be shampooed. It was a bit crusty and kinda gross. I wore socks :)

The room was small, with paper coffee cups. We brought our own coffee, but could not use it. We bought coffee on site.

It was a warm few days. I understand why there is no air conditioning in the room but the fan was very loud.

The location was great. Very well suited for a family vacation and was affordable given its close and easy access to Aspen.

Terrible coffee and the breakfast selection was disappointing for an active/healthy couple. No healthy protein options just crap pastries, cereals and breads. Disappointing for sure so we ended up eating at Fuel just a few steps away.

The room was comfortable and clean. The attendant that checked us in was helpful and friendly. The only thing I was disappointed in was breakfast. Very little to choose. I had bagel and it had an old taste. We stopped on our way out for breakfast. This cost us time getting to the airport. I booked this hotel because they had breakfast and it would save time.

I personally sleep with a thin pillow. All your pillows are VERY thick.

Location; we were able to use the shuttle bus to visit Aspen, the tram to visit Snowmass Base, and walk to the Mall. We didn't need to drive anywhere.
