it looked very outdated. the fridge and microwave were not plugged in. the floor looked like there was an earthquake and cracked the floor and they put flooring over it. it was all uneven.

It is a motel rather than a hotel. They called us 3 times prior to checkout the next morning to remind us.

The room was extremely hot. A/C was off at my arrival. I turned on immediately. It takes good 4+ hours to drop the temperature just slightly. Water, floors beds, was ok. But the only problem I really have that was the a/c I will never stay here again especially during hot weather.

The entire parking lot outside the room was being patched with smelly pavement sealant right next to the rooms. Those working on the parking lot did so even after dark. Bathtub could not be plugged for a bath. Bare floors.

The room was not worth the money. We hated how the staff treated is. We also hated that we had to pay CASH to get our room key and TV remote.

Location was industrial and the sheets had sexual body fluids. Staff didn’t believe us. They finally gave us one clean sheet and were reluctant to replace all the sheets. They made us give them $20 IN CASH to get a remote and room key. The shampoo package was empty and the door let light and air in on all sides to the point that light shone through it from the door across the ceiling and across the floor. Not safe at all!

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! The desk clerk is exceptionally RUDE!!!!! she kept screaming at me and denied me renting the room! Toilet lifts off the floor, bathroom sink leaking from faucet, Shower was just Scary!!!!!!!!!!! Ma de an attempt to inform the front desk, once again the rude clerk starts to scream! I walked out GLADLY!!!!!!!!!

The young man I actually booked the room with was very vice and professional and helpful after a stressful attempt to pay for the room in person.

After I paid for room with my credit card they stated I needed a cash deposit for the room key, this was never mentioned at time of booking nor at the time I paid for the room. It wasn't until right after I paid and signed the receipt for the non refundable room, and they didn't even have an atm so I had to go down the street to a gas station for atm. Remote control to the room didn't work other then power button and it was on a porno channel and couldn't be change!

Only good thing was it had A/C.

The room door requires a shoulder bump to open as it drags on the carpet. In room refrigerator does not chill a bottle of water within 6 hours. The red stains on the walls, the water damage stains on the ceiling and the broken bathroom door half-assed repaired with paint and drywall screws
