We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesParking deck is tight navigation when larger vehicles are parked direct across from each other. Still nice to have covered parking in sun, or rain.
Location and views from living room and deck are great. Designated parking close to elevator. Door to rental is only steps from the elevator. Only minutes from Dollywood, The Island, shopping, grocery store and multiple restaurants. Rental is equipped well.

United StatesThe only complaint I have is that our designated parking spot was taken every single day and we only got to use it once. One evening the entire parking area was filled except handicap. We ended up having to park in a handicap spot due to someone taking our spot.
The apt itself was very clean and comfortable. Liked the designated parking space (if it wasn’t taken every time)

United StatesThere was no one on site to be able to talk too . I was told that you couldn’t park anywhere but the # I was given. The Matenice man told me it wasn’t when I called to talk to someone about parking they told me I couldn’t just park anywhere cause it could be some one eles parking . So wasn’t sure what I was suppose to do . No one called me back when I called to ask about anything . The dryer wouldn’t work after I washed my clothes it would go off every 5 mins .
