Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThere was a very distinct smell (chemical/cleaning products? Not sure what it was) when we entered our was on the first floor and first one in the hallway. We opened the door to let the air in/out for a while. We turned the AC on to blow out the smell, it didn’t work. We left the room to eat dinner and returned after 2 hours. The distinct smell lingered on, but perhaps we were getting used to it. By the way I did get a headache that night. The furnitures need to be updated. The front sliding glass door need to be cleaned. I felt like am walking into a dilapidated building.
The location is good it’s near Tia Juanita restaurant and the highway. The room is spacious as well as the bathroom. The King bed was comfortable. I was surprised. The breakfast buffet is limited, but if you’re not a big eater, it will be sufficient. The staff (check-in/check out, breakfast lady) are okay. The parking is ample and free.

United StatesNothing like the pictures posted. Those were different times completely. The entire facility looks like it's being resurrected from the 70s. There's no doubt the hotel has potential and is also under heavy remodeling. The coffee is never fresh and always cold. The best part of breakfast was Texas waffles and eggs. The sausage was sliced dinner sausage not breakfast. Otherwise not much of interest from there. Did i mention it's Nothing like the pictures?? Omg.they have to be from a couple of decades ago. The rooms are tight, a/c worked good. No ventilation in bathroom and the mold on the ceilings is not cleaned but painted over, and over. The toilets are all sooo low like at a elementary school. Seriously!!! All of them!! This feels more like a working mans camp hotel then anything "leisure, or vacation " type. Essentially the realistic atmosphere there is a hotel about to be resurrected. Like the beginning stages for sure. The bar is the only thing that feels like it's always been functional and though definitely not up to date, but comfortably always present. I wish them luck in trying to bring it back as you can tell at some time in the far past, it was a nice place.
Staff was nice. Location was good as nearly all the hotels are right there as well.

United StatesBreakfast was horrible, but that was the minor problem. The major problem was the Birds. They was very scary. They would squawk loudly at you as you would walk in. You could hear them all night long. For that reason alone, it is a good chance I won't stay there again

United Statesthe adjoining doors between two rooms very loose, make a lot of noise if accidentally bumped. The handicap accessible room was too cramped with furniture, could not use my walker once I got in the door. One of the front desk people, male, quiet almost to the point of rude. No phones in the room, so if you need front desk, you have to call from your phone. Also, housekeeping vacuums likely need upgrade. And a routine for focused cleaning. My service dog found old trash under the bed. The rooms could definitely use a refresh and new carpet, grout needed in shower, peeling paint on ceiling, use of common household extension cord should be surge protector type for tv, etc. and random tape of wires under the desk. I did alert manager to the accessibility issues and the wiring taped.
easy access, reasonable price, most staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was decent, including warm syrup for the fresh waffles. Jenny is great, Anthony is awesome. the other guy, not so much.

United StatesThe staff needs to get it together when it comes to checking guests in that book from third party websites. I reserved the room from Booking.com, and received conformation via email that my room was fully paid for 4 days before check in, which is when I booked the room. When we arrived, the young lady at the front desk said I needed to put a card on file for the $50 incidental fee, which I was ok with. The card I carried with me was a different card from what I used to book the room online. They tried to charge me again on my card that I brought with me for the room instead of the $50 incidental fee. Then the lady said my card didn't go through and said it was something on her end she needed to fix and not to worry about it. She gave us the room key and said have a great stay. Later that night at 11:16 p.m., I received a phone call , however, I didn't answer the phone since it was late and I was at an event. I received another call from the same number at 11:29 pm, and I walked to an area where I could hear and answered at this point because I wasn't sure if it was an emergency. It was the night staff man from this hotel calling me to tell me my card didn't go through and the room wasn't paid for. He said I needed to come down to fix it as soon as possible. So of course I hung up on him, because I had proof the room was paid for and the lady that checked us in said she would fix it in the system. The nerve of this very rude staff member calling me at that time of night and with incorrect information. Needless to say, when we checked out the next morning, the lady at the checkin desk said that the card didn't go through again after they tried to charge the card yet again. I showed her the confirmation from Booking.com, she acknowledged it, admitted the room was paid for based on that confirmation, and they needed to do something in their system...again.

Property had a really bad smell in the room. Also a dog kept my daughter up so we had to change rooms so they put us in a room with a small mattress. It was extremely uncomfortable. And we felt unsafe going from the main building to the exterior room they had to put us in. The room was dirty and was just put together with no thought of comfort for the guest at all.
