Soundproofing, smell of smoking in the rooms (asked to change twice)

Even though it was a non smoking unit, there was an odor of cigarette smell. I didn't like that.

The employees never smiled and when I asked for a late check out the manager came pounding on the door and said I have five minutes to pack otherwise he's calling tne police. Like wow! Good morning to u too sir. Gosh.

Arrived to check in at around 3:15 front door was locked and office was empty. Called office multiple times and got nothing finally after waiting with 2 0ther people I went and found housekeeping staff about the situation and she didn't know what to do. She came and looked at the office and tried to call someone. After another 15 minutes a staff person arrives.

Not much don't think I will come back. Lousy customer service. No respect for the paying customers.

The rooms were clean the staff was nice the only thing was there was no microwave or fridge so if we bought food we had to make sure we ate it right away.

The sound did not stay up on the towels and clean sheets we always have to ask. Awesome garbage all over the property, some of the front desk agents from the night crew did not remain professional they disclosed information that should not have been talked about. The security guard doesn't protect the residents 😔 it's very unfortunate. It's probably the worst hotel I've been too.

The shower was tiny. One of the hotel staff checking in had to advertise how cops used to keep rooms there because of all the interesting things that used to go on. Also that there's probably not a room that isn't haunted. Not really a great advertisement. Also the bathroom fan wasn't great. A mini fridge and a possible microwave would have been great additions. However, this is not the worst motel I've stayed in. Overall it was relatively clean but small.

It's near downtown without being downtown. It was affordable and the rooms were clean. They also seem to have overnight security. It's cheap and affordable with interesting clientele that I describe as shady however not weird. Plus there's a pool.

The smoke detector in our room didn't work. The shower light had a short in it, the bed was not very comfortable, there was trash from the trash cans spilled all over the place and that made it hard to walk my puppy. Luckily I brought my own puppy poop bags because the poop bags at the site were empty. There was a lot of dog poop all over.the seal on our door let in a lot of light and smoke from our neighbor who smoked right outside out door so the smoke filled our room. Our ac didn't really work and smelled musty. Our bathroom sink sprayed walker everywhere if we pmturned it on more than a crack.

The staff was the best part of the experience, specifically the manager and the woman working swing shift. They answered all my questions and were accommodating and very kind. The TV had great channels. The bed was nicely made, floor was beautifully swept.

Knowing if the house keeper did the towels in the bathroom they should of cleaned the towel shelves so to make sure that there is no drugs as I found it in the towel shelves I was not to happy and was hoping to let us rent free for another night
