Comfortable, spacious rooms

Restroom malfunction

Beds were uncomfortable

This is a good location for us when we are seeing family in the area.

There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor on our floor, like mildewed carpeting. However it was not noticeable in the room.

Nothing

It was loud till 3 am Manager was rude or front desk whatever he was Breakfast was like rubber and old Went swimming didnt even want to give us towels never stay again

Clean overnight stay.

No frills, biscuits and gravy was cold, coffee was very weak(both days) Dirty washcloths left in the bathroom from previous occupant. Front desk staff were not ready to find. Waited both mornings for someone to show up at the desk.

Well located to the family we weee visiting. Pleasant common facilities. The rooms were ok except for carpets see below. The staff were kind and were doing their best except for being over worked

The facilities were good except for the carpets in the room that were very worn carpet tiles that were lifting from the floor and were a trip hazard. The staff needed help obviously the owners were trying to maximise profits and keeping staff to a minimum.

Nice people that worked there and it was right by the college

The pool and hot tub it needs to be clean regularly it smells badly I hope it can get done

Location is good and front desk clerk was a hard worker and very friendly and accommodating. My daughter liked that it had a pool, although, it was rather warm in there.

I found two cockroaches upon entering my room. Killed them and did a sweep of the room to see if there were more. Didn’t see any the rest of our stay. The shower could have used a better cleaning as well.

Very comfortable and quiet. Ammenities were very nice. Breakfast was excellent.no

Attractive facility. Modern furnishings. Had a pool and morning breakfast.

The password to the Internet did not work. Front desk said inability to connect happens often! Why don't they fix this? Breakfast was okay. I went down at 7am and several items were low or empty. Sausage was ring bologna with the skin still on. It was difficult to regulate the shower and sink hot water temp.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great value

If booking.com could have sent my name info to the hotel instead of my user ID ? Maybe that was my fault , but it was difficult to find my reservation.
