Really could have used a small refrigerator. Ice machine on 4 th floor did not produce ice several times. Ice bucket in room very small and would not keep ice overnight

Sheet had yellow stains, bathroom was awful the floors were dirty. There were urine stains on the wall behind the toilet. Elevators never work. I have to stay here once a year and they always have a broken elevator. There is a big sign saying new elevator coming Fall of 2023. Check the date. But hey they have a Pelton in the work out area.

I was disappointed to find no mini fridge in the rooms. I can’t even remember the last time I stayed in a hotel (of any price) that didn’t have a mini fridge. This made our stay a lot more stressful as I had my daughter with me and needed to keep breastmilk cold. The elevators were also a disaster. One was not working, and the wait for an elevator was 20+ minutes on average. Not kid or elderly friendly.

The hotel was great, Booking.com was horrible and got all aspects of our reservation wrong. Thankfully the hotel staff made the stay much better.

The hotel feels old and in need of a face lift. The bathtub in our room did not look clean. The hotel seemed dark and not bright and inviting.

The front desk employee that checked us in was very nice and accommodating to us. I loved the cookies that were provided to us upon check in.

Needs updating seriously. For the price definitely needs updating. There was writing on the walls in our room. Electrical sockets didn't work. Carpets and elevators worn.

We booked the room because power outages had occurred all across Springfield and we lost power at our home. The hotel staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests. We arrived at 6 PM (check in starts at 3 PM, and we indicated when we booked that we would be checking in around 6) and were told that we would have to wait multiple hours for a room to open up. It ended up taking until 7:30 PM until we were able to go to our room. I booked a room that was supposed to have breakfast included. When we went to breakfast, we were told that breakfast was not included and that the buffet would be $19/person. The food was quite good, but much more expensive than I had expected. Also, the rooms had fewer outlets than I would have liked. The TV did not support casting video from mobile devices. The WiFi stopped working a few hours after we arrived.

Its a bit outdated. No fan in the bathroom, very small toilet. The bed was ok, not super comfortable.

The room wasn't cool enough. I also needed towels and had to call multiple times to get them. I went down to the desk and they wouldn't let me just carry them up. It made me stressed that I could be late. It was also nice that they gave me a cookie at checkin

The view is not great. There’s construction going on, so that’s all you see. Also, there was no fridge or microwave in our room.

The front desk staff was amazing; Will. He went above and beyond to help me since I was having an issue with my bank cards. He was very patient and kind. The staff at the restaurant was also very friendly, and their breakfast was good! The pool was nice. We had it all to ourselves, so our children loved that. The hotel was super quiet. The beds were very comfy!! Also, this place is super close to everything we wanted to visit.
