Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe listing didn’t give instructions to say that the unit was in the building opposite of the elevator, had a hard time finding the unit as well as the rooftop. The kitchen didn’t have any cookware, the bedrooms don’t have any TV’s so we ended up having to sleep on the pullout in the living room each night. Other than that, the stay was perfect! If you don’t plan on spending much time in the unit then those things won’t matter, but for people who will want to utilize the unit then those things will. I hope that helps!
It was clean. It’s a central location. Perfect for getting around in the city.

United StatesThough the bare brick windows were beautiful, curtains would have been nice to provide a greater sense of privacy, especially at night and early in the mornings when everyone was moving around either getting ready, or un-ready. The appliances were very nice and modern, but posed as a brief annoyance due to both the microwave and refrigerator beeping needing their filters replaced. The gas stove was mostly great, but the flames and fumes were so strong that we'd have to crack the windows whenever we used it. There is not adequate cookware provided. One of the fews pans was bent and should be replaced. Parking was tricky. The parkmobile lot across the cobblestone street on Morris Avenue was $40/night. Street parking in front of the shops only allows for parking 2 hours at a time. Free parking is available on 23rd but is very limited and not always available. The Public Parking Lot is feasible- we paid $8 to park for about a day and a half. The first bedroom (closest to the front door) does not have windows so it was a bit dark even with the two lamps provided. The decor in that room was also very dated and did not flow with the rest of the home along with the chair in the master bedroom. The closets in the bedrooms and the washroom were a bit messy. The bathroom was clean, but there were 4 types of soap around the sink and the towels were mismatched and worn. The place was mostly clean but there were some areas that had not been tended to in a long time, such as underneath the bed in the first bedroom, where there were clumps of dirt and dust. The beds appear to be full size and not queens (as adveritsed). The bed in the master bedroom is broken. We could not sleep in it because it began to sink. We ended up having to put one of our kids in the bed since their weight did not affect it nearly as much. The sheets on the bed were nice but seemed to be shrunken and would sometimes slide off the of the sides.
The Condo had a great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was a beautiful home with nice appliances and a two-in-one washer and dryer. There are 3 beds within the unit and the windows were beyond charming. The decor was very simple yet very nice in the master bedroom. The Condo was mostly clean and mostly comfortable. The owner provided great instructions and was very welcoming and polite.
