The only negative was that the scrambled eggs were grainy and very unpleasant.

I prepaid for 19 nights through booking.com at end of first week of being there I was relocated for work I went to front desk changed my check out date to June 8 was told that a manager would take care of refunding me for 5 days. When I checked out on the 8th there was no refund, due to being booked through booking.com. Their customer service said the refund would need to be approved from hotel management, which they have been unsuccessful to reach via phone.

We picked this hotel for the location in relation to a trip close. Staff was nice, room was clean, the stay served its purpose

We were in the back of the hotel and the door coming into the hotel didn't lock. This was the 1st hotel where the nonmain doors didn't need your card to open them. Could be a safety issue. There is a reader on the door, so not sure why you can just open it.

Not their fault, but train blew horn 3 times at night during our stay. Parking is a little jumbled.

The ice machine didn't work on the 2nd floor, and the ac unit made an awful noise when it was on.

It was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff was very nice.. The location was great.

Breakfast was sparse. Steam warmer had a warpped lid not fitting pan not keeping food hot. Meat sitting in oil. Cooking in an electric skillet holding potatoes not being attended to keep food hot and small crockpot filled with gravy. Biscuits very hard.

The bathroom faucet is leaking and dripping constantly splashing over the tub and keeping the tile wet causing the tiles to become loose and probably will start to mold and mildew.

The price and room setup was good.

The eggs were not good & were not even warm!! Neither were the potatoes. I wish the milk offered was also 1% or 2%— not just whole milk!! Muffins were stale.

The price was unbelievable. It was a festival weekend but the rate was double of what it should have been. I could have rented an RV for the entire week for the price we paid for two nights. That was not disclosed to me when I booked

Pillows were not that great and breakfast was just ok. Very limited selection and one two slot toaster. There were at least 8-10 people eating when we were there each morning and one little toaster. They need two, four slot toasters.

Plenty of parking and access to hotel. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The hallway smelled strongly of food, fortunately that didn't carry into the room.There weren't enough breakfast items in the morning I think they might have a sugar ant problem. My purse was covered in tiny sugar ants shortly after setting it on the desk. (I had spilled a honey drink on it a few days earlier. )They have signs that tell guests not to bring breakfast back to the room.

The hotel seems like it recently got updated, so it has a fresh look. The room was large. The fridge was large. I loved the blinds! They were on a vertical track and diffused the light. Then blackout curtains over that.
