Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

didnt have breakfast since they stopped serving so early they should stop serving breakfast later like maybe 11:30 since hotels are suppose to be for vacation so naturally Some people get up later enjoying not having a scheduled routine to wake up. so that was disappointing and our bathroom sink was clogged up the whole time we were there, staff should check those things

United StatesSaturday when we got back to our room, the bathroom smelled like sewer. I thought my grand daughter had a stomach issue and we didn't talk about it until Sunday morning. The smell stayed until around 2 a.m. and just disappeared. Normally, I would have put a fan on but there wasn't one. That is the only thing bad about this place. I let the front desk know when we were leaving. He offered us a free snack.

United StatesAn outside seating area with shade would be nice during the hot days/evenings. Someplace you can take a meal out doors and enjoy the view. Include a bar b cue pit or chimayo.
Breakfast was great with Helen making sure nothing was left empty and refilled items in a timely manner. Her cheerful attitude and greeting made the start of the day even better. Usual fair at breakfast nice touch was the pancake machine.
