Room size and and the cleanliness was excellent. Location was very convenient for getting around in New York.

Spacious apartment, very good location with many interesting places within walking distance and subway stations located very close. Various restaurants / fast foods nearby. Personnel on reception was available (we checked-in in the midnight and we could left our luggage in safe place after check-out) and helpful (we struggled with nr of toweles after each room service) and friendly. We liked this place very much.

We booked apartment for 3, but we had towels for 2 only. It was resolved upon a request, but we had to deal with this after each room service. But nothing really serious, always resolved.

Great place to stay in manhattan. Not quite a hotel because it’s in a building with other tenants, so the was a bit of wandering before we found reception. Still, good price for an above average hotel room, with a full kitchen. Very clean, daily service. They have an agreement with the gym on the ground floor. No room service, but they will stock the kitchen for you. All round, a great place

Everything was nice, except housekeeping. They did not replace my towels for two consecutive days. When I got to the hotel, there were no towels to have a bath. I always had to request at the reception

The location and the cleanliness of the room, ideal stay with children.

All the staff were very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel very welcome.

There was a noisy neighbor that was a little annoying.

I liked the quietness of the neighborhood and the size of the room! It was like an actual apartment, and much larger than most studios in NYC.

I thought the bathroom could use more counter space! Also, extra towels, no matter the number of guests, and a few beauty products would be nice too.

Easy check in, room was clean and spacious.

Pillows were too flat but otherwise a great stay

Location, cleanliness, friendliness of all staff, big bathroom, big shower, great room.

The bed in 226 was lopsided. One side, closest to the air conditioner was leaning down. Hard to find a good sleeping position. Wife’s side was good and firm. My side was lopsided and not firm. Easy to hear through the walls and from the hallway because no carpet.

Fantastic FiDi location. Close to Wall St and Fulton subway. Also the ferry! Great way to get to Brooklyn.

We enjoyed everything in our stay. Felt like home. The place is made with love and care.

Our vacation was over and we had to leave.

Ease of check in. Room was clean and large. Bed was very comfortable.

The Air conditioning kept resetting every few hours to a high temperature There was basically no tv unless you sign into your own streaming accounts. TV remote control wouldn’t allow you to scroll thru the TV. Spoke to front desk and they said yea it’s a problem. It was a real issue and really knocked down this review and we won’t be staying there next time.
