The lamps in the room I had the ports to plug in ur charger cords were broken and there was a spot on the ceiling in the bathroom where water had leaked into the paint and made an air bubble full of liquid and I’m pretty sure the bed I had was slightly infested with bedbugs I saw a dead one on the sheet when I moved the covers around should probably get that under control some more but other than that my stay was pleasant and not too bad.

All of our towels were dirty (had brown color on it) and the pillows, wash cloth had some kind of black grease on it. Lighting was bad. Unfinished construction in room. Tv did not work

From 945 pm until 230 am there were fights, arguments, outside and in 1st floor hallway toward vending machines, sounded like someone being thrown against wall in next door room. Facility attempted to manage because sounded like police liquidated situations as was peaceful for short time.

A lot of weirdos outside the hotel. It could have been a bit cleaner but it was clear they are working on the location so I didn’t think nothing of it.

Breakfast was very good. Nice selection of food. Good coffee and juice. The bed was very comfortable.

The first room had water and the floor was bad room 315 we went he changed our room and it was nicer but the area where it is is a little ran down so there was worry..

There seemed to be lots of homeless people hanging around the place. I saw people trying to gain access when they clearly didn’t have a key card.

The location was good, close to lots of amenities by car but also you could walk to lots of restaurants and bars. There was also plenty of parking

409My room was very hot when I entered and fridge leaked, i didnt het soap orcan ice box. 414 the TV didn't work and there was no way of giving a bath.

Well many things are in need of repairs. Ac the filter needs to be replaced it's all broken. The surround around the tub needs replaced can only take a shower. There was a huge hole in the wall around the outlet.

Although no smoking signs are clearly placed throughout the property, at all the exits, the grounds were covered with cigarette butts and the entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. Inside our room was a bit better, but the cigarette smell creaped into our room through spaces around the door. Although the lobby was updated and modern, our room, the breakfast room, the pool, the exterior were outdated and poorly kept. Flickering lights in the hallways, dingy carpets, peeling paint. The door handle to the exit door nearest to our room was broken. There was a trick to opening the door without pulling the handle off. The railings inside the swimming pool had the same issue. The bottom brackets had either come loose or were never installed, so when using the exit ladders, you could not pull on them. They felt very unsecure and rickety!! The tub in our room did not drain well. Despite reprogramming the air flow machine in our room several times. The room stayed a constant 74 degrees. A little too warm for our liking. The second and third day of our stay we were met with not only cigarette smoke, but also a very strong Marijuana smell. GROSS!!!!! I'm my party, it was my two young children and I. Inside our room we felt safe, but outside our room, we traveled quickly, and on high alert. The hotel was in a run down part of the city, so it added a bit of uneasiness to the overall feel of the property.

The room rate was perfect for our budget. The room was spacious and appeared to be clean. The refrigerator worked very well and kept all of our food cold and fresh. The wifi was screaming fast, which was excellent for the work I needed to get done. I have never had that GREAT of wifi at a hotel!! The swimming pool, 👍👍 top notch! The water was warm, and the depth of the pool made it extra fun to play in!! Lastly, the front desk guy. He was very kind. He helped replace batteries to our TV remote and helped program the tv. He allowed us to check in a few hours early. We were always greeted with a smile and he was sincere in his desire to accommodate and help us.

It was a dump . People are living there. Permanently. Jumping out of their window to smoke,and jumping back in. Bathroom, they painted over the mold around the tub. room 320. Bedding was bad, sheets were wrinkled,I was sure if they were clean or not. They say you get what you pay for. Extremely disappointed hallway reeked is smoke and wet moldy carpet This happen once before in San Antonio.. we witnessed people selling drugs, and 4 girls turning tricks. It was supposed to be a super 8. Close to the Riverwalk. So I quit using booking com. I would like a refund. I would like a refund of my 131$ dollars. The trip in San Antonio was never answered. Do you people EVER CHECK ROOMS OF MOTELS OR HOTELS BEFORE ADDING THEM TO YOUR LIST OF YOUR HOTELS

The hotel needs a "face-lift". Our room was not clean. nothing worked, wifi with terrible connection, smells like smoke and Marijuana.
