I did not like the cleanliness of the property, the floors felt very slippery when walking in and the rooms has a mildew smell. I understand because of the location it may have been through some stuff, but I have also stayed directly on the beach other places and not experienced these things.

The property was close to the ocean and had plenty of options to choose from for sleeping.

Only have one elevator, had to unstop my toilet myself. Don’t know I had an adjoining room. The other room had kids and was trying to come in on my side by trying to turn the lock and get in.

That is was close to the beach and the strip.

Some of the facility has been updated but other areas are in need of repair. The tile flooring in the bathroom was nice but the door was falling apart. The updating just needs finished throughout the room.

The location is great for the price. Just a short walk from the beach.

The elevator. The elevator made us all nervous, we used the stairs all weekend and we stayed on the 6th floor. Our last day it didn’t even take my husband to the main floor we had to carry all our bags from second floor down.

The pool was basically in the parking lot. Building looked like it could Use a remodeling but the rooms look pretty good that bathroom was one of the better bathrooms hotels got to offer.

The distant from the beach and everywhere we visited was within 8-12 mins driving distance.

Hallways need repainting and elevator needs complete makeover. First day, the elevator got stuck, and sounded athsmatic when it did run. Very clean pool, however no pool furniture. If you are ok with older furniture and some areas needing painting, great location and value.

The city view was pretty cool & interesting. Me & my boyfriend had fun people watching from our balcony.

The elevator needs a major upgrade and the beds were not very comfortable the one we slept in had a dip in the middle so my husband and I kept falling into it.

The rooms were pretty nice and the view of the beach was pretty good from the balcony.

The elevator is in need of repair. Was not working properly. Used the stairs mostly. Had a room with a kitchen, but no basic cookware or utensils. Have never stayed in an efficiency where I had to supply my own. There was nothing on the website that stated no cookware or utensils. I had to purchase my own from a local store. An unnecessary expense and inconvenience. There was no sitting around the pool. There were no chairs or lounges. The pool closes at 9:00, while the neighboring pools stayed open til at least 11:00.

Staff was very courteous. The room was very clean and didn't smell bad. No bugs or smoking. Had a nice ocean view from the 6th floor balcony. The pool was very clean. Felt like a safe place to stay.

Late check out fee (after 11), air conditioner right next to the bed

Great location, parking, free coffee ☕️ Nobody told us about late fee. Nevertheless, they were nice enough not to take that fee
