Delayed service at dinner, but the staff were working really hard, so possibly just short-staffed that evening.

A lovely tranquil location in the valley, but within close proximity to Carmel town. Staying here felt like a treat on our American road-trip. Comfy beds, nice pool, delicious dinner on-site.

We were upgraded to a beautiful bungalow on the golf course . Room is spacious and comfortable . They recognized our Anniversary and treated us with wine and chocolates, so thoughtful.

Pool area and gym facilities were great. We were delighted by the following surprises - it actually had some restaurants / shops nearby, complementary 'wine hour' each day, family games including a chest set in the lounge, complementary smores kits.

When the neighbors above us used the bathroom - filling the bathtub or turning on water , it was so noisy we would wake up - so sound proofing of the plumbing it definitely a point for improvement. But we would still come back the hotel is very very nice. The breakfast menu is quite expensive.

The location was very comfortable and the hotels golf landscapes with pools was great. It has great vibe of tranquility. We enjoyed it so much.

Staff during breakfast, a bit rushed and not as kind and professionsl as the level of the amazing staff on the front desk.

A beautifully maintained green property on a golf course near Carmel, with stunning lake views, relaxing pool and steam bath, fire pits, sunny breakfast terrace, and gorgeous natural surroundings - we absolutely loved it and highly recommend!

It’s convenient to have food options onsite, but breakfast at Covey Grill was expensive... Especially since the dishes weren’t exceptionally excellent.

I loved how quiet the property was. Although there were other travelers there, the spacious grounds allowed for plenty of distance between one another. We stayed in a bungalow and were not bothered at all by our nearest neighbors. It was also so relaxing to wake up to a beautiful landscape. I also loved that checkout was at 12pm. This gave us plenty of time to sleep in a bit, get ready, have some breakfast onsite, and play some putting golf (complimentary) before heading out.

I didn't like the bed covering as it is one heavy planket/sheet combo. I prefer having the sheet to be separate from the planket

Room was very nice and large. Great location right on the golf course and away from the traffic/people pf Carmel.Breakfast was good @ Covey Grill. over looking the pond.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It’s broke down and lumpy. The room we had had a constant hum noise that kept me up. The room could use a ceiling fan. The Shower is phenomenal loved everything about it. The amenities were amazing.

The grounds were excellent. Well landscaped each room had a little private patio. Outdoor campfires. Campfires are designed for more making, not heat sources.

Nothing negative to say about this place!

Our room and the grounds were beautiful. We loved our view of the pond and golf course, and the putting course throughout the property was a nice touch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated that they contacted us a day ahead to make sure any additional needs were met (I'm pregnant and needed extra pillows, which were in the room when we arrived). Overall, we had a lovely experience and will be returning in the future!

There was nothing that we didn't like however, it would have been nice to be slightly closer to Carmel although it was not too far away (about 4 miles).

The room was very large (with two double beds) although we only used one and there were recycling bins in the room too (we are keen to recycle). There was a nice view over the putting green and the car park was close to the room. The hotel was a short drive away from Carmel which is lovely. The breakfast was very good and the swimming pool was a nice temperature and size.
