No elevator to 2nd floor though the room said disable accessible & it being a small room. Desk lamp that couldn’t work since there was no serviceable outlet near enough to it. So I couldn’t use the desk. Dryer didn’t dry clothing. No one had change to run washer & dryer.

The staff was always helpful. They did have 7 day/Wk maid service who left me alone since I asked since there was no room safe. It was quite quiet though right next to the maids assembly room.

When we arrived, the room was not cleaned. Dirty sheets, not enough washcloths, dirty towels hung back up and old muffins and dirty cloths in bottom drawer of bureau!

Staff was friendly. Good location if you have business in the area. The breakfast was simple but reliable. Front desk Staff worked hard (by herself) to work the desk and follow up on requests to refill the breakfast stations.

I booked because they said 2 Queen beds but not sure? It looked more like double but my husband and I were able to sleep together comfortably. They need to use more bleach! Towels were discolored and stains on bed linen? Dust on base boards in bathroom but it’s Covid so can’t be too demanding. We left room late one day but asked Housekeeping to tidy/clean room which was not done when we returned 5 hrs later. No pool towels though we asked and they said would be provided. One pesky fly wouldn’t leave us alone-don’t know how he got into the room? Pool a bit dirty with hair. I did not like someone mistakenly banging on our door at 6 am in the morning but that’s not the hotel’s fault but get your right room number and knock don’t bang!!!

It was clean, comfortable and centrally located to restaurants and shopping. I liked they had a pool. Fridge/microwave in room is great! Free parking and parked by our window so could see our car. Free wifi and cable tv is a plus.

Grumpy old man on late shift received us...poor first impression The room was missing the microwave oven Serve "chemical coffee " rather than real coffee for breakfast & anytime beverage - its nasty!

I did not like the man who worked the night shift. He had no customer service skills at all. Unless he didn't like the color of my skin.

I like the two women who worked the day shift. They were very polite and answer every question I had no problem and kept a smile.

The pool water was really cold, there were smells of smoke and weed throughout the whole corridor.

The light in my bathroom would only work for about 5 seconds (once I turned it on), and then it would turn off. Some guests would stand right by room windows and smoke, making the room smell, but that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Nice location close to the highway and a mile or so from a mall with lots of options nearby for food. Enjoy that they are letting people in the pool but you need to sign up in advance to limit the number of people at one time.

It's an excellent place to go to for comfortable hotel stay!!! It's clean and family oriented!! They upgraded they fitness room and their pool!! They give you breakfast in the morning!!!! It is a wonderful place we been here four times and plan on coming back later on in July for my daughter's birthday!! We love it!!! The staff are very nice!!! They are so patient!!! Very sweet and they make sure it's safe and clean!!!

Room was filthy. There were crumbs in the bed along with what can only be described as a booger stuck to the pillow. People were smoking all around us and the large blackout blind was broken so the huge lit up sign shined into the room the entire night

The room was advertised as non-smoking. It reeked of smoke and there were cigarette ashes in the bathroom. The entire second floor smelled of tobacco and marijuana smoke. Very loud vehicles racing in the parking lot and driveway until the early hours of the morning.

The mattress was poor, unbalanced, that is, leaning to one side. Didn’t sleep well at all.

Location. Much improved from my last visit a year ago. Front desk receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was the best I’ve met in a very long time.
