I like the friendliness of the staff and how visible they were specially for a super late arrival. The hotel location was good but not walkable so Uber eats was good. The continental breakfast is not high end but for those that need to have coffee, juice and pastries it’s there. The cleanliness of the room was not an A+ specially for someone who has allergies to dust and carpet. I had to Lysol many areas to make sure I felt comfortable enough to lay down and put my belongings down. I would advise check the room entirely before unpacking but I would not say this is a white glove clean hotel. The hotels best assets were the staff and also a quiet lobby to sit and wait for a ride.

Getting out of the parking lot was a tad difficult, because of traffic. Breakfast was the waffles and some other sides. muffins, microwave breakfast sandwich, cereal, coffee, juice. No hot eggs, meats, potatoes. Business center was a stand up computer and printer near the lobby.

Cleaning staff was the best I've come across. EXTREMELY attentive!!! I asked for some special requests and got every one of them. Some construction guys were staying there and they tracked some mud in on their boots. Cleaning staff didn't let it stay on the rugs very long. Twenty four hour front desk. I stayed 4 nights. Some times I was doing work in my room online, really didn't need room service, but was going through in room coffee a lot. Left at 3:00PM staff came in made my bed, fresh towels emptied the trash, and more coffee. They had already been by at 10am. made my day when I got back that night.

There was a hassock in the room in front of the chair. It smelled so sour that we could smell it during the night. Someone needs to get it out of there and throw it away. It's in room 147

I did not like that there was no soap in the bathroom just a small shampoo and I think lotion. I do pack my own but thought some would be provided. I did not ask the staff. It may have been overlooked.

The breakfast was average. The location was good.One day we thought breakfast was offered but it was not. I understand it was a holiday weekend but a quick bite would have been nice along with good coffee or juice.

Dated. High carb only breakfast. Entrance comes up fast, very easy to miss. A little expensive for what you get.
