We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOnce we got there I realized it wasn't a place I really wanted to stay with my kids. It's not bc of the hotel being bad but some of the guest were questionable to say the least! I understand that can be anywhere as well!! we couldn't get wifi in our room at all, we tried the whole time we stayed!!

United StatesThey said we weren't allowed to take the hotel breakfast to our room... whats the difference in us bringing food from outside the hotel and eating in our rooms or getting it from inside the hotel? There isn't one. Silly rule they are trying to enforce. The night stand between the beds was slanting downwards making our things want to slide off of it or tip over. Room could have been cleaner. Definitely was a bit dusty/dirty in some places. Decent place to stay though it served its purpose.

United StatesThe staff put me in one room went to it and it hadn’t been cleaned for the day, went back down he gave me another room, when I walked in it smelled like mold and mildew. Thought that it was where the air was on. Turned it off and me and my daughter was laying in the bed and she said mom they are mold on the ceiling. Sure enough looked up and it was. Went back downstairs and he put us in another room. It was a decent room and got us through the night.
It was a good location for the children hospital. Staff was friendly

United StatesThe breakfast was mostly waffles, eggs and biscuit's and gravy. Could use more protein options, it was all carbs and sugars. With all the lights on in the room, it was still dimly lighted, would have been nice to have a little more light. Woke up in the middle of the night to a car alarm going off. After check out the next morning, when we were loading up our car we noticed that the vehicle beside us had its side window smashed out the night before, we had to kick glass out of the way before pulling out of our parking space.
The room was a good size, cant complain with it. It was nice to have a breakfast option and not have to go out to eat. As far as the bed, it was a hotel bed, got the job done. Overall, the staff was good, we barley spoke with them but the few times we did they were able to answer the questions that we had or address our concerns.

United StatesThe cable TV quality was absolutely terrible. With the TV screen constantly freezing up, sound constantly being interrupted. Food was left over in the mini refrigerator by someone previously. Wall by the bed was patch and not repainted. Room was chilly, turn the unit ac/heater on heat. Room temperature got a little better. No carts to put your baggage on. No handicap parking spaces!! I would not recommend and I won't there again. Blankets on the bed could not be pulled up to cover you.
