Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly at check in. The breakfast was hot and surprisingly good- hot eggs, hash, sausage, and a variety of options. We were 1/2 early without realizing it, so not everything was ready, and they not only served us anyway but apologized that not everything was ready and brought hot eggs to our table when they were.

Enough room to provide an easy chair for comfort. The bedside table lamps should have charger plugs on the lamp base. Very helpful.

The staff was friendly as soon as I walked in and was greeted. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, which I appreciated as I needed to go to bed early. One thing I really appreciated was that the door was not on a hinge that made it slam. I was able to open the door and wheel the luggage cart in by myself. The lady at the front desk gave me a recommendation for a restaurant and she steered me right. Best food this trip. It was overall a good stay.

Room was a little small: with the desk chair at full height (so it couldn't fit into the footwell), there was little room to pass between it and the foot of the bed.

No problems with wi-fi. Bed comfortable. Plenty of hot water, shower head high enough for this six-footer. No problems with noise, on a Saturday night.

The facility is older and could use updating.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was decent. Hotel was clean. The location was perfect for our business trip. A/C worked well. It was fairly quiet which we appreciated because our days started early.

Slightly put off by the state of the stairs…vacuuming is good! Staff were wonderful, from our front desk experience, to the breakfast room host. I love when we have the chance to recognize folk from previous stays! Lovely breakfast and clean rooms.

When our room lock proved faulty (would not securely lock) staff moved us to a larger secure room.

Only complaint is the noise from the roadway, which is not something that can be helped aside from a system of using the fan on the AC unit.

Excellent location for those passing through town. Easy access to necessities like markets, coffee shops and gas stations. The lobby is welcoming and Julie (the desk agent upon my arrival) was beyond helpful. She came through when I realized I had forgotten my toothbrush. There is a nice continental breakfast set up and although traffic noise is a bit harsh, the overall room noise was very minimal.

The location was convenient and easy to reach. I was on the ground floor near the office; there was no descernible street noise. There was a coffee pot in the room, but a generous breakfast was served in a room off the lobby. Everything about the stay was better than I had expected, and the front desk manager went out of her way to give me information I needed, and even helped me move items into the room.... and walked my dog!

The door lock at the far side of the building was finicky. Our room had a big gap in the front door and the slide lock was broke.

Staff was super friendly at check in (wish I could remember her name). Bed comfy, room good size and clean. Morning breakfast is a nice addition.

Lack of elevator and staying upstairs was a slight inconvenience but not a big deal.

Was fairly clean other than the beard or pubic hair strewed through the room. Mostly noticeable on the wash towel located on the sink.
