We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaThe location is basically a truck stop, so there was a little truck noise to 9pm but overall, not much to dislike.
We were a little surprised and expected less. The rooms and corridors of the motel were really clean. There was a jacuzzi and a pool. There was a nice included breakfast which included eggs and bacon, not just starchy stuff. There was a decent self-service laundry room which was free for the washing. Dryers needed a dollar. The hotel's location is basically for convenience on the turnpike of I-15 which is suitable for travellers on the road. The town of Fillmore is a couple of minutes down the road. We enjoyed going to Meadows Hot Springs for a dip which is a 15-minute drive.

United StatesThe bathroom was extremely small and the bowl sink with the single lever shot the water everywhere so beware. Places to eat close by were fast food only.
We were traveling on US50 and Fillmore was the closest town with lodging, so the location and Hotel were as expected when it was time to stop. We had a standard King room and the bed was comfortable. The Breakfast was fine and included waffles and eggs and bacon.
