United StatesThis hotel comes up on booking.com as having a hot tub. They do not. Requested a first floor room did not get one. The picture on booking.com of breakfast is a lie. There is no breakfast room only grab and go and it is terrible. For what they charge this hotel is definately NOT worth the money. When you ar traveling with a handicap person first floor rooms are very important.
The staff was nice and helpful. Since we didn't get a frist floor room they were able to get us in the building with the elevator at no extra charge.

It was only a grab and go. It was to go until 9 am but if you got there around 8:45 am. You might not get any breakfast. They only put so many breakfast sandwiches out per day.

United Statespool was shut down so had to go next door. website advertised hot breakfast which they didn't have. The shampoo in the bathroom was used. shower head needed cleaning. No extra pillows after being told they had some. I have stayed here before and it was not like it was this time or I would have stayed somewhere else. They need to clean up the beach area as well.
I liked the balcony and the view. The balcony did have moss growing on the carpet though. The best thing I can say is thank god it had an elevator. I was on third floor and have a bad knee.

United StatesThe hotel was dirty, the entry door to the room was covered with bugs and flies, especially at night. The balcony door was covered with bugs. The balcony wasn't clean, so i didn't go on it to enjoy the lake view. That was disappointing. Beach area was dirty, so i didn't even go swimming at the hotel beach. TV stand was dusty, and dead flies all over it. I dont think housekeepers do any cleaning besides washing the sheets. I was very disappointed. I was expecting a better room for the price. Will not recommend and would not recommend it to anyone, nor will i stay here again. Thank you.

United StatesI felt like I was in a hotel from the 1970s the carpet was old the fixtures and the bathroom were old there has been no remodeling in years
The location was supposed to be in St Ignace but the computer routed me to Mackinaw so when we drove to Mackinaw the computers were down and no one knew how to manually log a customer so we were all told to wait in the lobby until the computers came back up and then in the morning there's a note on the door that said there is no breakfast being served

United StatesRepairs needed. Toilet was very loose. Handle on slider door broke. The hot tub was half full and had so many chemicals in it that it made your eyes burn. However the staff was awesome!!! Very friendly. I would give top rating for the staff. But not so much facilities.
