Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesElevators were very sketchy and didn’t open up one time with us inside. Rooms were so tiny and very hard to be in comfortably with my husband and two small children. The pool itself was fine but the whole area was disgusting. The same dirty towels stayed outside on chairs for the entire 2.5 days we stayed there. The pool was filled with dead ants, my husband took it upon himself to use a net to clean some out so they wouldn’t get in our kids mouths. The breakfast was sad. Nothing but stale cereal and muddy coffee water and gross whole grain bagels that were still partially frozen. If it weren’t for the location, I would have been putting in a dispute with my credit card company.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location and Tanner, the bartender at Aqua Social. Give that man a raise because he made the whole experience great.

United StatesThe hotel is under construction. The bedding wasn't as clean. With the bedding being white, you can see all the stains. Not good. The elevator would go to the 3rd floor and the door wouldn't open. We'd have to push the 3 button again for the door to open. We didn't feel safe. The steps had water on them, we didn't feel safe. The hotel offered no coffee. As a early riser I had to walk to another hotel and they gave me coffee even though I wasn't staying in their hotel (Candle Suites). By the way, they even offered for me to come back for breakfast at 6:30 am when they opened for breakfast. I did not go back.

Location was great. The room was good. Check-in was easy. The pool was nice, there is a bar in the pool area that is not part of the hotel. They have reasonably priced drinks and live entertainment.

United StatesThis hotel is under major construction, and probably shouldn’t be open. The walls were crumbling and it was completely torn apart. There was drywall dust and supplies everywhere. The pictures and website made it feel like it would be a really nice luxury stay, but our “ocean view” was a view of a dirty pool with ducks in it. It was just not as advertised.
Room was comfortable and the location was convenient. It’s good if you are on a tight budget and won’t be spending a ton of time at the hotel.

United StatesNo notice that it was under construction. The main lobby was a hazard due to the men tiling the floors. The halls and elevator were a mess due to construction. I had to have someone bring me a mini fridge to my room. The microwave did not have a turning plate. The ice machine on my side of the building did not work, I had to walk all the way out of the building to go into the other side to get ice and then go back. Clearly had a breakfast area, but no breakfast being served. Just the little coffee machine in the room.

United StatesThe property was under renovation so there was a lot of chaos in the lobby for example. from the entrance through the lobby to the elevator to our floor was an eye sore. Markers on the floor to complete the flooring, dirty towels and linen on the floor of the hallways(I had to kick it from in in front of my door (gross). Parking was interestingly limited. one of the staffers was kind enough to give us his spot because there were none available. Also, the bathroom door didn't close because the toilet blocked the doorway. I understand that the property is under renovation and because of that we should have gotten some sort of discount.
We loved the location on the beach. but the room was clean and comfortable. we loved the ocean view from our room that also overlooked the pool. I would revisit this property (post renovations) again with our children. I think they would love the beach and pool.
