Convenance. Close to restaurants and shopping. Has truck and trailer parking spots which was great for our trip. Bed was very comfortable. Chose because there was no deposit required.

United StatesOur first room key didn’t work, staff checked it and then said “it looksclean, but isn’t clean” so we were moved to a new room. In the new room, the TV didn’t work, the shower was dirty, towels were so thin they ripped after light use, and two lights were burnt out in the room. The next day, our room keys didn’t work again and had to be rescanned to let us back in.

United Statesrooms were not cleaned even 2 hours after check in time, then both the sink and toilet were plugged in both rooms, then the hotel had no one to clean or fix the plumbing. they suggested we contact our booking agent to get a refund and to assist in finding another room. rooms in the area were either booked or the rates were extremely high due to demand. we ended up driving home 2.5 hours away.

No drink vending machines on the premises and breakfast was not set up on time nor did the front desk attendant state at what time breakfast even started. I checked in on time and was told room would still not be ready for another hour.

nothing! got there at 7 pm to wait for an hour for a room to be cleaned that was a staffs room. Got to room and it smelled of mold and cigarettes. I have asthma really bad and no way I could stay in that room. blanket had blood on it. Washer and dryer was broken so they gave me 2 face towels that were both dirty. Heater/AC was broken and it was 32 degrees out.

Reserved the room for Packers gameday tried accommodating me in the craphole they bought that was a motel 6. No thanks. I have stayed here for 5 or 6 years and have never been disappointed until now.

The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and no attention at the desk when checking out. The furnishing in the room were very worn.

United StatesThe room was not very clean. The room felt grimy. There were no tissues available. And when I asked for another roll of toilet paper, I had to wait about 3 hours to get one. We had two TVs in our room and neither worked. One required a roku remote and they couldn't find us one. So we were without a TV our entire stay. Even though that is suppose to be included in our room. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel. Which is sad because most Quality Inn hotels are great. This one, not so much.

United StatesFirst, when we arrived we were given a room that was occupied. Then, we were given a room right across from the one that was occupied and this room had the following problems: 1. The room’s A/C unit did not work. 2. The room had roaches in several areas. As far as the facilities, they had the following problems: 1. Vending machine did not work 2. The washer and dryer was out of order 3. Limited parking I would not recommend this location to anyone.
That I only stayed there for 2 days.

It was close by to many restaurants and shops. The staff was helpful and a 24hr front desk is nice.

United StatesThe rooms were dirty and infested with roaches!!! They were everywhere!! The beds, desk, bathroom, doors! You name it!!!!! It was disgusting!! When we went to the front desk, Harry helped us get another room, but that room is not close to what we resevered!! That room was also very disgusting and had roaches!! I went for a refund and the staff "Harry" kept telling me that the manager would help us with a refund, but when the "manager" "Nick" came in the next day to work he stated that Harry was the manager and that Nick was taking over the manager position. Nick also went on and said they just did pest control and they should not have any roaches. It was either another lie or whoever they hired did a terrible job!! He was only willing to cooperate when I told him I have videos and pictures of the roaches. I highly do not recommend this place!!
