When we got to our room toilet was clogged. Went to front desk and was moved to a different room. With queen beds which we paid for a king bed. We did not receive a discount for our inconvenience.

The extremely bright light in the parking lot was annoying! While this is great for protecting vehicles, it was so bright shining through our window. Yes, we had curtains, but the curtains didn't completely wrap all the way around to the walls. We had to pull the desk over and use the lamp to press the curtain up against the wall on one side, and move the easy chair over and use a pillow on it to close the other side. Still, there was too much light shining through. Also, guests were literally slamming their doors in the hallway throughout the night. Lastly, the room we were in was facing the road. Motorists were racing their engines at night. You could hear all of the traffic passing by, and it was very close to the hotel! The AC worked great, but was pretty loud. I had to wear ear plugs in order to sleep.

Very nice staff. The hotel overall was clean and modern. The room was comfortable and the bed was just right. The bathroom was clean too. The breakfast was very good, with all of the usual items (eggs, cheese omelets, link sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, juices, coffee and more. I didn't leave hungry!

The paint was peeling badly on the bathroom door and my toddler was able to get small pieces and put them in his mouth. The AC took a while to cool the room down. The hallway carpet is badly stained.

The workers were friendly and even allowed us in the pool a little before it was supposed to be open. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable.

Could use some upkeep: shower curtain ripped at top and didn’t close all the way, water pressure not the best. Could hear people in hallways at 3:00 am. Noise in hallway at 3 am. (Doors, ice machine, etc… nothing obnoxious or purposefully loud)

Front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming. Good price. Adequate breakfast. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Corridor carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. Rest was very good.

Breakfast was great - lots of food and variety and Waffles! The bed and pillows and bathroom were exceptional. The carpets in the room were good but were subpar in the upstairs corridor. Quiet and good location and great price! Parking was good and well lit.

The room slept 6 people and the bathroom was way too small to accommodate that many people.

The location was great. Less than 10 minutes from the venue we were visiting and lots of places to eat nearby. The room was huge! We loved the set up. Very clean.

Tail light lens was stolen off our truck in the parking lot where they had no cameras, cleaning crew was very loud talking and making noise in the halls- we aren't early risers- but sounded like have fun and prefer that over arguing etc
