United StatesNo shower curtain, I had to ask housekeeping for one the next day. coffee machine had mold, so I didn't use it at all. The pool was unwelcoming, very dirty and no sign of maintenance. Greedy with their breakfast, I took a huge amount of cereal, and they felt uncomfortable about that, but I explain that I had 3 children waiting in the room and I needed the amount that I took.
I liked where the hotel was located close to the beach, very calm and quiet. I stood at this hotel with my 3 children. Certain things were not pleasing like a shower without a curtain and a coffee machine with mold but other than that it was in a good location for a family to stay for the weekend. It was the cheapest that I could find in the South Florida area. We went to the beach and enjoyed it even though it was a cloudy day, but we had a good time. Breakfast was good but they seemed greedy about the amount of food that you take. They announced that breakfast would be from 7am to 10 am but they start closing up 30 minutes before 10am. We didn't get in their pool at all, the pool was dirty and unwelcoming. So, I would only recommend this place as a last resort.

United States• Stayed two nights and no room maintenance service was done. No beds made or linen given. No sweeping or anything. • Room not like what was advertised online. • Beds had cigarette burns in them and smelled. • Tub wasn’t cleaned, weird smell in the bathroom • Breakfast had one waffle maker and no real selection • Used condoms and trash on property just outside our door. • We were rushed by housekeeping to check out and leave. • Only one hanger in the closet, no fridge and the electric power surge plug was hanging off the counter, unsafely exposed and not attractive.
The only thing I liked about this hotel was the distance to i95.

United StatesThe room smelled "musty," which tells me there is mold within the room. The continental was extremely limited when compared to other Quality Inn's we've previously stayed. Housekeeping asked 20 questions as to why I needed clean towels, then was unwilling to provide the towels until I produced the dirty towels.
Location in relation to our ultimate destination was under 30 minutes. The area felt safe as I walked up and down Federal for exercise. The parking was adequate, albeit limited.

United StatesOk, this is gonna be a long one. We have stayed at many Quality Inns before and have never experienced this behavior. We checked in at about 4:50 p.m., dropped some of our stuff, and went out for groceries. When we came back to our room, we found out that the toilet did not flush and the fridge was not working along with the bath tube felt like it had water under it. Because it was so late, I didn't think we would get much resolved, but I figured I should tell someone anyway so that we could at least get a plunger. These things were not at all a big deal. Sometimes, things happen. We could have gotten ice for our cooler and dealt with the bathtub mostly just needed at plunger. When going to the front dest, the man at the counter for the night shift was terrible to deal with, the attitude he gave us and the things he said/called and threatened to us where appsoulty absurd. Im not going into detail with that. Im not sure if he was just having a bad night or what, but regardless, it was uncalled for. I called the company that owns Quality Inn, and they were very nice, every understanding. Im still waiting for the general manager to contact me about the situation. but other than that incident the hotel was very nice the room was very clean and the rest of the staff were very nice. I gave this 4 stars only because of the man at the front counter. Everything else was great. I was the one who talked my husband into staying. One person should not define the whole hotel. On the other hand, we will not be back to this hotel solely because of him. Apart from that the hotel is about 6 min from Red Reef beach, the turtle center and Spanish river park. The grocery stores and food were all close as well, so it's in a very good spot and had nice, clean, comfortable rooms.

United KingdomThe hotel is by far the worse we have ever stayed in. We will be seeking a refund. We had cock roaches, mould coming out of taps, no cold water to drink, staff and facilities were hopeless. We felt unsafe as the door had previously been kicked in and the lock was badly out back together. The corridors were poor, wet and guests on the landing smoking weed so there was an awful smell. .
