I didn’t like that I had two rooms and then both rooms the plumbing seem to be kinda clogged like the drains were slow to drain and the hot tub is included as an amenity, but wasn’t working and the waterfall that they have in the pool area wasn’t running.

I liked the facility was on the strip, also the amenities breakfast and the pool. Staff was really nice very friendly. Overall, great price.

Stopper was broken in my room 1104 and air was not cold got the maid to get it fixed and my parents room 1105 has a water leak in shower has low pressure and the water came out from under the wall also told maid never got it fixed and way too many tweakers hang around from across the rooms a lot shady deals was being done hot tub not working the place needs a lot of work done and for the price I paid it was not worth it I have always stayed here coming to Branson but I will have to look elsewhere employees shouldn’t be smoking constantly in front walk entrance pool was not heated I was really disappointed in my stay

Our room smelled like mold, the AC was broken and there was a USB port broken and the bathtub had black hair in it. Other than that the room was comfortable and the people were nice

I stay here just about every time I stay in Branson and it's always a different person at the desk. The lady that was there this time was the sweetest thing!

The pool was green and very dirty. We booked this hotel because they had a pool view room with a decent size pool. However, our kids were not able to swim at all as the pool was so yucky. Also, there was only two towels in our room for a five person room. We also asked for a extra bed to be pulled in, which we never got. No extra blankets were in the room as well.

Location of the room and bathroom was very small plus around 2am our AC STOP WORKING a very motel 6 feeling not worth the money

My kids like the pool refrigerator was very small and so was the bathroom beds was good for the 200 I spent plus 100 deposit I felt like I was staying at motel 6

Was instantly upset upon check-in. We reserved 2 rooms with double queen beds months in advance. They separated our rooms on the opposite side of the property 🙄 with 1 double queen & a regular queen. So irritated! After trying to get us closer and enough beds, still couldn't get connecting rooms even tho we were EARLY check-in 3:55pm. Blood on bedding, no microwave, ice machine in opposite building from main building, door didn't fully shut and foam sill they put in to fill gap was peeled off. Charging ports didn't work for the phones. Breakfast only had oranges for fruit and sausages were burnt.

The location of the hotel was good. Gravy and biscuits were good at breakfast.

The check out lady was not very nice she was never by the phone she was always outside smoking with her kid and some other people. The toilet keep running and you had to push the handle all the way up to get it to stop running.

I didn't like that the hot tub was out of order the sauna was not in service anymore and the laundry room was also not in service.

I liked breakfast, the indoor heated pool and my daughter loved the fact that there was a gym.

The hotel definitely needs a refreshing. Fresh paint, new carpets etc. They also need to label the doors better. The "elevator entrance" sign was hidden by the trash can. The pool didn't smell like chlorine like one would expect it smelled kind of musty. The shower didn't have much pressure.

The breakfast was good, and the cable TV was great (many channels to choose from). The bed was comfortable.

The first room that was assigned to us was very smelly, and the second room was somewhat clean but not quite, the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced they where were gross and the bathroom could be cleaned better. And hot tub was broken 😞.

The ac unit did not work well in our room, and the second night their I discovered that the filter was horrifically caked with dirt and was not clean. Some things were broken in our room, like the tissue holder, and an area of the wall above the bathroom frame. The bed was very firm but tolerable. We just could not get the room cold enough without sweating while trying to sleep. My 1 year old had a rough few nights because she was so hot and couldn't get comfortable.
