I was short changed at the counter when I paid with cash so I was overcharged and given the wrong change, the room was alright but relatively dirty, it sounded as if people tried to get Into my room at one point jiggling the handle, the hallways smelled of urine and feces, so I would say if you have to stay here let it be your last resort

When we arrived it took 20 minutes for someone to greet us at the front desk, after finally checking in with vague directions of how to get to the room we proceeded to go into the stair case the elevator was broken and it smelled completely of stale cigarettes in the hallway. There were trash bags up and down the hall way. The entire experience lasted about 25 minutes. 20 minutes of waiting and 5 minutes for us to turn around and check back out. Luckily they gave me a refund because I could not have my kids stay in this hotel! If I was by myself I would have probably stayed but not the environment for a family!

The property was in disrepair; balcony railing was broken, no working smoke detector in the room, no working elevator. Sections of the building were boarded off. Shower curtain was black with mold at the bottom. The room number was written by the door in a sharpie marker. There was a large blood or rust stain on the ceiling. The pillows were extremely small. Overall poor condition.

First we got a room that was still occupied, we returned, he said "so sorry sir" and gave us a new one. In the room there were holes in the sheets, no shower curtain, dirty floor, ...

The hotel room was passable. However, t he shower curtain was covered with mold. The towels were very grimme as those they were not properly washed, and the pillows did not have any pillowcases on them. Also, the website indicated that there was a continental breakfast included, and we were told that the breakfast area is under renovation and, as a result, it is not available.

The price is extremely competitive, and the proximity to the highway I95 was amazing.

The toilet didn't work. They moved me to another room. This room had no shower curtain and no door knob on the bathroom door, just a hole.

My stay was absolutely awful I only stayed for a few hours when I got check into the room they had a man outside in the Hal way sleep with urine bags and smell of feces as I was nervous to even go inside of my room , the room wasn’t bad but to make matters worse as I was already stressed about this stange guying just laying out in the hall way I woke up to them telling me that the continental breakfast was not being served which is one of the reason I got the room I called to try and talk to somebody about my stay and they guy at the fromt desk was very very short with me told me somebody would call me back and that hasn’t happen I did t get an apology or anything. They should really work on this this was one of my worst stays ever

Bathroom floor was dirty and towels needed to be changed too old with stains.i asked for tv remote never got it. I didn’t get breakfast like promised in the ad.

You can tell that money isn’t really put into upkeep. The toilet seat was missing an attachment at the back. The outside door didn’t work for getting into the room. The outside door was covered in little kids stickers. The carpet that served as a baseboard was pulling away from the wall in several places.

The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room had an indoor and outdoor entrance, which was helpful, although only the inside entrance worked for getting into the room. The outside entrance made packing up the car easy. And I did not see evidence of bedbugs.
