The new management! Now they want you to put up 20 bucks in case you mess up the room? Yeah, ok. Also, they have a sign in the lobby to where you have to eat the breakfast in the motel lobby. You can't take it to your room! New management! Also they are no longer on booking. Com folk's! So they will charge you more.. I'm not going to return!

Everything was dirty. sheets never changed and gross. It even had blood on the pillows., bed itself was disgusting, It reeked of cigarettes even though I paid for a smoke free room. Shower was gross as well. Toilet too. they provided us with cleaning supplies to clean the room ourselves.he did as if I wanted him to do it though. After cleaning and sanitizing everything the saty was better. And the stopper on the door is broken. So keep door completely locked.

The cleaning is terrible. During the 3 nights I was there, no one cleaned or changed the towels. The floor and the bathroom were always very dirty.

Disappointed. We had reservations, and checked in about an hour and a half after check in could start, but entered a room with a soaked floor. I would think it would have dried at least a little after over an hour to dry. Using towels to dry it showed how dirty it still was. The walls were covered in grime, spider webs, and debris. The bathroom door was so swollen with the humidity from the soaked floor that it hit the front of the toilet and wouldn't shut all the way. There was approx. 10 sheets of toilet paper and no spare roll. There were flying ants (at least there were no roaches or bed bugs). Finger prints all over both headboards. Dirty fingerprints on one of the beds sheets, near the headboard. There was a bench outside that indicated a trolley ride that would take guests to down town St. Augustine, when I asked about it, they were so confused. After the whole experience we chose not to partake in the complimentary breakfast.

The location is right off the highway so the driver must be looking for the road to take that immediate right turn and there is no sign pointing to the entrance. Obviously, finding out that the room and the bathroom was not cleaned was a major problem. However, the worst thing about this hotel was all the spiders. If anyone has arachnophobia, this hotel is a MUST AVOID. There were giant (7-inch diameter) spiderwebs everywhere and right above our door was an 8-inch spiderweb with a quarter-sized spider in it.

The front desk attendant helped us when we discovered that our room had not been cleaned. She called another cleaner to come to our room and properly clean it. She asked us to wait in the lobby or to visit St. Augustine for at least 30 minutes to give the cleaner enough time.

Not clean: hand print stains on the headboards from previous stays, floor was disgusting (our socks were black from walking around for a short amount of time), dusty vents/furniture, furniture missing parts & staff discrepancies with information given to us: morning staff said they had no access to any cribs for our baby when we checked in, and yet later on when we asked the evening staff they said all the cribs were taken? But when we checked in we were told the cribs weren’t accessible in the first place because housekeeping was gone for the day and wouldn’t return until the next day. So how exactly were all the cribs then taken come the evening time of that same day? Made no sense. we really needed one and should’ve been given one upon check in if they were in fact accessible. Phone didn’t work in the room, evening staff was rude about calling us via the room phone with no answer- assuming we didn’t answer by choice. Low on the “quality” part of the ‘Quality Inn”.
