Don’t like assigned parking. Wife has handicapped parking placard and desk clerk would not let us park in handicap parking.

Toilet was a little tough. Took a long time to flush but otherwise all was good.

Location was exceptional! Breakfast was good and I liked the little breakfast house where breakfast was served. Enjoyed the Mine bar and the gift shop where I spent a lot of money.

The balcony was not private, but rather a porch. The bathroom only had 1 roll of toilet paper and we stayed for 2 nights (yes, I could've asked for more from the staff).

The breakfast was nice. It is in a nice little country cottage atmosphere. Great central location with the ability to walk to most places.

Only thing I did not like was it is a little outdated and no exhaust fan in bathroom.

The location is great can walk to all shops downtown. Breakfast was a nice feature. Room was very clean except for some stains on carpet but I expected such with it being pet friendly.

The air conditioner was loud and struggled with the mid day summer heat. Breakfast was adequate but never changed from day to day. Same food, same fruit (only oranges). They held a deposit for the entire stay, understandable but it was like 197 dollars, so there was 197 dollars less we could spend in Gettysburg. Seems excessive. Other hotels did like 50 dollars.

This hotel has been here forever, it is old but clean, right on the battlefield. Walking distance to town and plenty of food options. The staff were great.

What more could you want?! Wifi, that's what. It's worked in the past, why not now? Nonexistant on the laptop, was able to access on my phone. When mentioned to the front desk about the no cable, she had maint address it and fix it immediately. When mentioned the wifi, she gleefully just said oh, just sign in with the password. Um, no. It needed a reboot or something, because there's no connection. Maint said the same thing when addressing the TV, just open up the QI wifi and login with the password. So 4 days no lap top while I was in my room. Fine. I read a book. Other than the terrible wifi, I really think they charge too much to stay there. It's not the beach. It's GB mid week.

For years QI gettysburg Battlefield has been our go to spot when we stay in the burg. It hasn't changed in all the time we've been going there. Same rooms, same decor, same everything. It's very well kept by fine staff who are friendly and outgoing. Could it use a facelift, maybe, but it would lose its homey charm. It's always clean, campus is well landscaped. There's 2 pools, laundry, ice and vending. It's literally next door to the battlefield. It's within walking distance of the ghost tour places and the bus tour spot. Loads of little shops and eateries. Breakfast is good, if you're hungry, you can eat a decent breakfast.

This is an excellent location. Very peaceful. Next to the National Cemetary and just moments from the battlefield. Very pleasant street, safe to walk at any hour, nicely decorated with flower baskets hung from street lamps, plenty of places to eat and shop. The outdoor pool with surrounding landscaped area is beautiful. The rooms were adequate. They were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The balconies are great for sitting quietly or chatting with friends. The hotel is within walking distance to the historic downtown. All employees were warm and welcoming. Nice breakfast was included. This is a pet friendly facility and our little dog did very well. Would be happy to stay here again.

I was there over a holiday weekend, so it was extremely crowded. Being a dog-friendly establishment, I had two dogs next to me that barked and howled FAR too often. Not the hotel’s fault, but a poor experience nonetheless.

Convenient to battlefield, shops and restaurants Room was clean and comfortable Breakfast was good enough, not fantastic Allowed early check-in, which I greatly appreciated

Hard to regulate the temperature in the room. I get cold easily, but once the "heat" went up two degrees from the setting, it switched to air conditioning instead of just staying turned off. Cold air blew and I bundled up!

Breakfast was wonderful. Christine did a super job of keeping it supplied and greeted every person coming in.

The outdoor pool wasn't open until Memorial weekend.

It was nice to have breakfast included. There was a lounge on site that was really convenient and had a unique flare to it. The location was central to restaurants and sites to see and you could walk to most things you wanted to do.
