How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

1st room wasn't checked prior to stay, had to move to another unit. Air-conditioned wasn't working in 1st room.

Pillow could be better. A/C a bit noisy and old but working fine.
Comfortable bed, good location, free parking, bathroom with good shower and good towels. Multiple members of the staff speak Portuguese. They are renovating multiple rooms. Hopefully all rooms are as good as ours. Commuting from the hotel to Disney and universal parks were ok by car.

On arrival I was given a room in a section that was having renovations done that included demolition of tile and tubs. My room was below the demolition After complaints I was relocated to a different room That first room should have never been used during the demolition potion of the renovation poor management in reservation planning

Ongoing renovations which could not be avoided so I understand.

- No kettle or tea/coffee in room - No airport shuttle services available - Shuttle bus times not convenient eg 11am or 9pm after parks are open and before the shows of evening. - Issues with the lift at times - No recycling facilities for enviro sustainability - Unable to book discounted park tickets at the hotel

Tv screen was glitchy. Pillows were lumpy. Ac struggled to keep the room cool during the heat of the day. (July visit)
Pool was clean. Beds, bathroom and room were clean. Spacious room! Lots of storage near the microwave and mini fridge. Show had hot water and great pressure.

We had to kill at least 5 small roaches in the room during our stay.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the furniture in the room was very aged.

A little outdated. They are remodeling so not sure if our specific room was completed or not. AC was not cold. Also it was a little noisy due to the construction however it settled after working hours.
The pricing was very convenient. Room was spacious. Great Location. Literally right down the road from the Convention Center.

The fact that they don't have an option for late stay k km

They are refurbishing the rooms. Do not understand why they don’t block 1 wing and put guests in the other one instead of renovating where guests are staying.

All the air con units were leaking externally as we walked past the rooms on all floors, and ours was leaking internally too. It seems this is caused by dirty filters, which seemingly the management haven’t bothered to replace. There were also lots of insects and bugs crawling around in our bathroom which was concerning as we were on the third floor.
Convenient location and free parking, good facilities with swimming pool.

Building works going on around hotel, but noise wasn’t overbearing.
Excellent central location close to all amenities. The swimming pool area was really good. All round great value for money.
