The room was basic, dated and very rough around the edges but I booked early and paid under $80/pn for a 2 bed room so it was exactly what I was expecting.

The location of the property was perfect. Close to everything you need from a trip to Orlando and on the trolley route for anything else.

I asked if we could change rooms due to the LOUD highway and was told we couldn't. The rooms carpet was SO gross and the doors were all banged up and stained, fridge leaked, air conditioner did NOT work, and no microwave in room. We were there for 10days and it wasn't the best experience with Quality In which we have stayed at these places before.

Asked 5x for towels and never got them used Pool towels. Breakfast lady was rude did not refresh food when was still time.

The Air Conditioner could have worked all the time, instead of only half of the time. there were bugs in the bathroom and no room service, at least while I was there.

Hello, the front desk was super rude and saw my reservation but she said that I had to contact the app to check if it was paid. I ended up staying there for another 40 minutes to resolve it and I had to call booking to resolve it, oh my God what terrible service Of this unprepared girl.

I don't like the Wi-Fi going in and out cuz honestly when I was trying to connect to the free Wi-Fi instead of connected but then it just left and it came back but not fully connecting it.

I love the breakfast there. Every time I get up in the morning the first thing I'll do is eat there. And I just loved the waffles overall.

Hotel Wi-Fi was inconsistent, the hotel staff acknowledged this, but nothing could be done at the time. The tiled floors need to be cleaned properly, and the ironing board cover needs to be replaced urgently, room 243.

I did not like the room service. It was poor. I had to take my own trash out and no vacuum was done for the 4 nights I was there. There was no change of bad linen for 4 days. The cleaners came and knocked for me to pass dirty towels to them and they said within an hour I would receive new towels. So when I showered there was no towel. Why do I have to wait one hour before receiving towels, that’s crazy. I have never been to a hotel and this happens. I did not like hearing the track in the night. I was awakened by the noise each night, however, this is just how it is. There was no microwave in the room and no one came to refill cups, coffee or tea bags for the room. We had to go to the cafeteria to get these things.

I like the fact that it was in close proximity to the various places and attractions I needed to visit. Breakfast area was organized and refilling takes place regularly.

Room was not very clean. The outdoor pool area was the nicest area on the property. Asked for pool towels and they never brought them. Asked for extra blankets and they never brought any. Outside of the person at the desk who checked us in when we arrived at 130 am. the staff were not very friendly or helpful. All three days that we came down for breakfast at 8:30 they had run out of pastries bread with nowhere to be found. Juice was empty. Couldn’t find napkins and sausage and eggs were just about empty. Took quite some time for any food to be replenished, although the fruit pastrieswere never replenished apparently once they had run out sometime before 830
