We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt’s just extremely uninviting. They make zero pretense about being anything but a place with clean rooms. Any remaining carpet throughout has mysterious hotel stains. Just don’t expect to feel a welcome environment outside your room.
If you just want a clean room. This place is perfect. Expect nothing more.

United StatesThey covered their pool so it cannot be used. They cut down their landscaping witch made for a barren look. The front lobby was lifeless and uninviting.
The beds were comfortable. Nice decoration of the room and clean. The wifi was good and secure. Good choices on the television for entertainment.

United StatesAlthough it was a room for two with a large bed, there was only one chair. A two-story motel with NO elevator and we were on the second floor. Being in our 70s, the walk up and down the 16 steps to the second floor was difficult.
Location was great for us. Room was large and clean with a good firm bed.
