Old, needs updates . Our room had that bleach / cleaning smell. Our carpet seemed damp.. Definitely had to wear shoes

The breakfast buffet wasn't kept up. Got coffee and left.
The room was clean but needed updated.But over all it was a comfortable stay.

Clean the tables and stock up the breakfast, clean areas.
The breakfast was not good, the juice machine was all broken and only 0ne choice, the area was dirty. Looked like it had not been cleaned for sometime. I wasn't sure I wanted anything, just had yogurt, I check the date on it.

Bed was incredibly hard and there were mystery stains on the carpet that looked like dried blood, as well as a whiteish stain on one of the chairs.

The bathtub though clean, did not drain.
I thought the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. I was with a group of several rooms that needed to be out by 5am, so we were not able to partake of breakfast.

Outside appearance was terrible. Weeds growing in pavement, along sidewalks. Flower beds, if thats what you call them, were more weeds. Pulling into the place and seeing all this doesn't intice you to stay.

The manager was rude and defensive when letting him know about black ice outside. Charging $35 per pet is crazy high. Higher than all other places we have stayed. Won't be back.

As usual I'm told checkout is at 11am, but housekeeping was knocking on doors announcing theirselves at 9:30 am. It's not a good look to tell your customer checkout is at a certain time only to be woken up an hour and a half earlier. This is unacceptable and I let them know it too.

not enough bath towels in room. refrigerator made noise all night. Power went out about 10 pm and not on until morning. Bathtub drains super slow so when you shower you stand in a foot of water. Mold on short ceiling.

The room was wet!! Not comfortable at all but wet!! Strange wet not water but damp carpets and very moist room my book even turned at the corners damp. The beds were extremely small and very very uncomfortable I honestly think they were old school box springs. Don’t stay here I booked a week and couldn’t cancel worst 878 dollars I’ve spent this trip! We stayed in town another four days but went to another hotel finally got a good nights rest!

The entry door to our room kept sticking and was hard to open.The air conditioner did not work very well and the room was very humid. The hotel reeked of weed, which seemed to be coming from the laundry area. The breakfast offerings were very minimal, no eggs,no biscuits and gravy and no meat. We have stayed at this location many times in the past and it has always been good, I think they have new owners and/or management and it is just not as good anymore.

That the front desk lady was upsetting me by trying to charge me for my emotional service dog's and she doesn't understand the law I stay at alot of hotel and not once had a charge on my dogs it's was upsetting plus could not cancel my stay

Had to go down and get a shower curtain for our room. Spots on the chair and floor. Breakfast was a ham sandwich and potato salad 🙁.

Some staff not very helpful when it came to kids throwing a football around the pool and hitting other children in the face. Food left in the fridge from previous person. Blood on sheets. Drawers not cleaned out from previous people staying either. Breakfast was not well stocked and went elsewhere to get breakfast.
