Looks tired and worn out. Nicks in furniture, mattresses need to be turned. Air conditioner didn’t work properly; blew cool air only when on “heat”. The shampoo and soap dispensers were empty; good thing we brought our own. The only luggage cart was broken, therefore had to hand carry luggage from car requiring a couple of trips.

The room wasn't clean there was a spiders nest stuck to the wall with a laundry bag. The carpet was not vacuumed. The fan in bathroom was loud. Paint on every surface it wasn't supposed to be. The sheets weren't even on the bed properly.

The staff was so kind pleasant and helpful.

The ice machine didn't work well, the carpet was dirty, the handicap entrance scanner for the door didn't work, the exterior door at the end of the building was always open, the room smelled, our door threshold my wife tripped over. There is a standard of quality that should be maintained and it wasn't. We stayed at 2 other Quality Inns the last 2 nights and they were great. This one wasn't.

Saw a price of $71 on line, had to pay directly a bit more…I hate doing online stuff and much prefer working face to face.. We felt the room needed a bit of TLC…wall paper coming off, mold on ceiling, just general upkeep, that is maintenance issues. The room itself was clean, bed comfy, tv worked…no complaints there..

Breakfast was great, all staff we encountered were beyond helpful kind and friendly!!

Wall unit didn't have any markings so turning on fan/heat was difficult... lots of condensation on window and wall unit.... indoor pool area lacked ventilation, so the pool "steam" was actually chlorine vapor and made my kids feel ill

Over priced, somewhat dirty, breakfast area closed, and my internet connection was offline the majority of my second night.

Breakfast area was closed off, and nothing other than coffee was offered. Very disappointing considering how much the room cost, terrible value!

The room was a bit small. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the rooms were outdated and didnt look like the pictures. The bed was comfortable, tub felt like I was going to fall through the floor.

It was run down, the bathroom was dirty and the bathroom fixtures were rusting and the mirror frame had a chip out of it.

The location wasn't that great. It was very dark outside. The door didn't lock correctly and the top bed sheet had cigarette holes.

All the staff was great, very welcoming. Rooms were clean.

The hotel had no signage. We showed up in the fog and had no idea if we were at the right place. It was dark and there was little to no lighting. The room was fine but there was hair left in the bathtub.

The breakfast was really bad, first morning all of it was cold. The second morning we were not willing to even try it.

The front staff help was great, we especially love Sarah she has great personality and knows how to interact with her customers.
