We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of America1. The desk clerk couldn’t even stand up when she checked me in. 2. The mattress appeared to be new but it was of poor quality. We stayed two nights, by the time we left to return home, my spouse’s back was hurting. 3. We did not realize how filthy the floor was until we wiped up some water the spilled onto the floor. It appeared the floor had not been cleaned in a very long time.
The price was good.

United States of AmericaThe shower did not drain well. The breakfast is nothing more than frosted flakes, yogurt and waffles. And, I received no daily room service for fresh towels, fresh sheets, etc. Finally, when I booked, there was no mention of additional fees and taxes at check-in ... those additional costs make the price of the room considerably less of a deal.
The motel is conveniently located between NIT (Norfolk International Terminal) and NOB (Norfolk Naval Station). The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a decent size. Parking is ample. The staff was pleasant and check-in was quick.

United States of AmericaThere were dark spots in the tub and the vent make a bad squealing sound. The light also flickered. The bed was really firm which might upset people. The pillows, though, by far some of the worst. Very small and very very plush. i had to use 3 just to support my head. There was a slit on the arm of the couch. Place needs some touch up work for sure.
Easy checkin and very close to Naval yards. Also close to a few decent restaurants. Room AC worked great. Shower pressure was great. Tv worked.

United States of AmericaCould hear the people in the next room talking , they were banging on the door after midnight and being very loud . mold in the bathtub, the door to the room isn’t sealed , you can see sunlight through the door with it being shut . the free breakfast they offer is cereal .This place isn’t worth the money they charge . The toilet isn’t even secured to the floor.

Highly uncalled for and made me feel very uncomfortable. Due to this, the leakage in the ceiling, and being unable to formally check out in the morning — I will not be staying here again.

We slept very good. Eventhough the bed was low. It was very comfortable. The area was quiet. The room was very clean. Water in the shower was good and hot. Overall was a good stay and close to resturants and gas station. Only 15 min to downtown Norfolk.
