Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Convenient for layover on way to destination, but only one staircase in back of building, no elevator and other stairs not accessible. Staff was fine, but not “friendly.” Location more commercial than expected!

The check in process was longer than it should be. The 2 people ahead of me had a reservation and wanted to add another day to their stay. After about 20 minutes they still weren't confirmed to add the extra day. The lobby is locked after 5:00 PM it gives the impression that the area isn't safe. The pool still isn't open. Now I want to point out that they don't advertise a pool but being familiar with the property from previous stays " out of season " I would have thought that in July the pool would be open. No coffee maker, just instant coffee in a package. Lastly room inspection to make sure that you haven't damaged or stolen anything Before retiring I spent about 200 nights a year on the road never had that before
The property had a major renovation about a year ago. I think a new ownership group took over the property. Just about everything is new, clean and better than previous stays. A/C works great. The refrigerator is a decent size . The towels are a better quality but anyone who has long hair is is 200+ pounds needs additional towels.

Carpets were not in great shape and didn't feel very clean. Shower made a loud squealing sound while running and some other bathroom fixtures were missing/broken. 2 of the 3 staircases were out of order and seem to have been for some time which shows a lack of emphasis on fire safety.
Provided an easy and affordable place to stay while passing through the area. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Staff was friendly and courteous even for our midnight check-in. Room was comfortable enough and there was a working fridge. Check-out was as simple as handing back the keys.

The lobby is locked before 9:00am and after 5:00pm. To check in before or after business hours, one must communicate with a staff member through a small aperture suitable for a prison. It is not a guest-friendly experience.

Even though rooms were requested to be near each other we were on complete opposite sides of the property. This was not ideal when the reason for two rooms was because of the amount of kids we had with us. The property was more used for contractors and the smell of in-room cooking and cigarettes' was a bit overwhelming. The stairs directly in front of our room were closed and honestly it did not seem like they would be repaired anytime soon. The rooms were average but the carpets could have used a cleaning.
This was a basic hotel and expectations were not the set to be high for this stay. It was an inexpensive option for the night before we went to Tangier for a few days. Overall it met expectations but not by much.

They don’t have an elevator to connect you to the rooms outside of the building
The lobby was cozy and the staff was friendly and they have rooms for those that smoke

I stay was fine but I was mistold in November that I wouldn’t have to pay a deposit if I was to stay again but that wasn’t the case and I had to pay the deposit anyway and this was my third stay at this location but the first stay was when it was under a different name or owners
It was close to my extended family so it was convenient

The room that I booked was not ready and we all had to sleep in one bed. I needed double beds for comfort.
