We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe hotel had a smell, in the hallways and the rooms. The a/c did not keep the room cool. We reserved a room for 3 people but had only 2 sets of towels. Our room keys continued to stop working. There was a large variety of breakfast items, but the pastries were stale and the sausage and fried potatoes were soggy. It was not worth the price we paid.
The beds were excellent. The staff was very pleasant.

United StatesRolly polly bugs were everywhere, it was as if they were crawling out of the walls over night. Woke up to more than 50 of them everywhere and crushed a couple under bare feet when getting out of bed to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Completely unaware they were on the floor, and totally grossed out when it became clear what i stepped on. It took forever for me to relax and fall back to sleep. Front desk didn't care when we showed them pictures and they claimed nothing could be done about it. A/c units produce overpowering mildew smell... Not very well maintained and leaked a large puddle of slimy water right in front of the door.

United StatesThey have a $100 deposit and said it would be removed at checkout but it has not been and it is still showing. This is a shady business deal when staying with them and I do not recommend it. Most places are only 50 and come off fast and they are 100 and not came off yet.

United StatesThe fact upon checking in they had other customers complaining about what wasn't right. They no hot water and the heaters in the room was working at all. We switch room twice. That to much to do if you coming from another state and ready to check in and relax.
The breakfast was wonderful. But where you ate at was very cold. They had ceiling fan on. also it was very cold outside that weekend.

MexicoThey have a new policy, only Mondays and Thursdays do the Housekeeping, and if you need toilet paper you can get it from main desk. They charge me the 100 us dlls deposit without telling first or mention, and all is ok I will get it back 5 or 7 days later, previous stay they asked and was in cash and after waiting and the housemaid checked the room got the bill returned the same moment, now I have to wait.

I didn’t sleep comfortably I was so disgusted the pool was green and dirty. The knob to the shower broke while I tried to turn on the water! Never again will I ever chose to go there.
