The carpet in both of the rooms that I booked was stained badly and in need of replacement. Ownership should look at replacing all room carpets with laminate.

Outside of the Inn appeared to be recently painted and kept clean. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Rooms were partially renovated but worn and dirty (cigarette holes in bedspread). Dirty around edges of bathroom floor. Stained shower curtain. The scent of air freshener was very strong to try to rectify. Fridge was loud all night. Not enough plugs. Existing plugs were overloaded.

Found a chip under the sheet so means they didn’t change the sheets from the last guests but I’m sure other locations would do the same spent 265$ for 2 nights gentleman at front desk was nice good value and clean overall recommend for a cheap quick getaway

Was overall clean pool was clean besides the average dirt/ bugs and had nice overview over pool room smelt clean and bathroom didn’t have any lingering scent as well for bed and room overall

Pictures online did not meet the expectations. The building is now painted gray, and the pool looked like it hadn't been used in years.

Its a bit dated and definitely number one on the list was power outlets to charge stuff were very hard to find

Friendly staff and a good location to get to any restaurant or the boardwalk was just around a 10 min drive its a good place to serve for a overnight beach trip

Parking is too congested and for what I paid 520 dollars for 2 nights. It wasn't comparable. There are no outlets except in the bathroom and behind the TV which is so inconvenient. The pool was dirty. No bedroom room service to change sheets or anything.

Very poor building maintenance, cero investment in outdoor furnitures to enjoying outdoors staying, meeting or eating, non furniture even available to seat confortable outdoors, very low end place! :(

The hotel is currently going under a remodeling process. What we had was fine, but the price was a lot higher than what it should have been. and the facility definitely needed updating.

Room #115 floor was nasty dirty so much so I didn't walk around barefooted. Electrical outlets were scarce for plugging in electronic devises. These were the only issues I had with the room stay.

Location was perfect for my reason of being staying there.

Some girl was outside banging on the door of the room next to us for 2 hours because whoever was there wouldn't let her in. And some guy was walking around looking in the rooms windows.

Breakfast still isn’t open! Not enough shelves in the bathroom or hooks to hang towels or put your clothes after your shower. The size of the refrigerator got even smaller since there’s no freezer anymore!

We have been staying here since 2015 except the year Covid hit! We had to get a room with two beds this stay since we brought our granddaughter. So much more room was a bonus! The fresh paint & a quiet ac unit was awesome! Dresser drawers that didn’t fall apart was a nice touch too!

the property is very old. needs a whole new overhaul. there was a lamp on the bathroom sink because the bathroom light was broke. pool and pool area need to be redone also.

The room was dirty, it looked like mold or dirt on one of the sheets. The AC wouldnt stay on and it's in the middle of the summer. There was only 2 outlets. One behind the bed and one behind the TV. The coffee maker and both lights next to the bed were not plugged in and couldn't reach the outlets. As a firefighter the safety was not there. The fire extinguishers were on the ground and not properly secured and there was no smoke detector in our room as it was taken off and not replaced.
