The air conditioner was very noisy, sounded like a plane taking off and landing before and after the ac kicked on. That did make sleeping a little difficult.

The staff is very friendly and a very clean hotel.

The Indian lady that checked my room accused me of smoking in my room when I wouldn't ever risk getting kicked out, possibly getting the cops called, or breaking the rules at all......I smoked OUTSIDE MY ROOM AND ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING.... SHE REFUSED TO GIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK !!! I needed that money ☹️ I really really needed that $100 back but she just wouldn't...I clean up after my self always I put all the trash cans together up front I wipe everything down I put my dirty wet towels together in a pile or bag...I stay quiet I stay to myself and I go above and beyond to make sure I'm respectful and clean.. It's just not right but I didn't fuss I walked away and proceeded to break down crying...

I went down at 830 to get breakfast & most everything was empty. Breakfast is served until 930. When I asked if they were going to be bringing out more food, the staff rudely responded it yes, but it “had to cook”. Understandable… but you don’t have to reply in such a condescending tone. And imo you should be aware of when food is almost gone & manage the time a little better. The TV in my room seems like it’s about to go out. There was a line in the middle & the bottom was blurry. The iron did not work properly. Leaked all over my dress & didn’t iron out any wrinkles…

The Sunday morning girl at the desjk was told by someguests there was no more Coffee or food to refill . It was only 7:50am she showd nointerest in looking.

This time the room we were assigned looked like it was being worked on. The doors and walls were filthy (room 106). They put down new carpet but needed to be vacuumed.

We always stay here as we have a lake house in Westminster. The location is great, clean and convenient. Rooms are usually immaculate.

Breakfast was disappointing, other reviews said sausage and eggs but we had only waffle and subpar fruit.

My husband and I always stay here as we have a rental property in Westminster. It is not fancy, but it is clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff is always very nice and helpful. They always have coffee and, in the morning, not much to choose from, but it is fine. Juice, fruit, waffles, little muffins, cereal and yogurt.

I didn’t care much for the location. But for the trio I planned it worked. Breakfast was sad.

The check in and check out staff were exceptional. Huge bathroom and really clean facilities.

Breakfast needed more options since we was paying over $100 a night. The dog fee was a little too steep at $30 per night. Our dog doesn't make a single noise and doesn't make a mess anywhere. Not sure why it was that high. Re-sealing the pavement during our stay without notice was inconvenient.
