Screaming kids running up and down the hallway when we arrived. The smell of dog urine is in the air constantly. The lock on the door was broken. Broken tiles on floor in bathroom. Mold in the shower. Water pressure is bad. TV remote doesn't work for the TV in the room. Fridge is leveled with a hanger. Dogs barking all night. And we had someone try to get in our room at midnight.

I was surprised with a over inflated additional cost for my dog ($50.00) that wasn't even disclosed to me at the time of the booking. Why did I say the the cost for my dog from this hotel is over inflated, because I'll e staying at another hotel the weekend of the 25th and the cost is half of that even though it is a Hilton. This location also charges the guest $15.00 to use the pool, which I didn't use

Hotel entrance needs some work, dirty canopy and peeling paint on the entrance walkway. Lobby is a nicest part of the hotel. Elevators very shabby. Bad smells in the hallway. Bathroom sink stopper did not work properly. Had to go underneath the sink in order to release the stopper. Room 147.

The hotel is really looking tired and run-down. The elevator is in need of updating. In our bathroom, multiple floor tiles were broken and even loose.

The location is convenient. The area is clean in spite of the fact that it is looking run down.

No here comes the bad part, I tried to cancel my room, because I ended up staying with my girlfriend's family, was told I wasn't able to check out early at the counter, because I had booked through, in the desk clerks words "Expedia" which I knew already was false because I went through Booking.com, second, I've stayed at places that I had to cancel or what ever due to other reasons and have had never been told this. Red flag #1. Second the bed I had didn't have an actual comforter, just the duvet, which was fine for me because I don't like having an overly massive blanket. However the hallway on the second floor to my room had a very off smell and the first night I was there, I could clearly see leaking and drops on the floor. The room had a bit of an odor, like overly sanitized and old moth balls, which clearly the building is old and was slowly, but surely being worked on, the office chair in my room was broken and the TV never worked, which I didn't care about because I literally only used the room to sleep. Other than those minor instances and the one singular staff member, the room was decent for the prince for 13 days and the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when asked for suggestions for food and activities. Oh just some food for thought, check the AC units because I would set mine at 68 and would come back that night and it would be at 60. So either faulty temp switch, or ghost, which ever sounds better

There was no breakfast offered in the morning. The toilet in the bathroom was loose from the floor and rocked side to side. The shower was stained with soap scum and very old and the faucet and shower handles were not clean. The pillows on the bed were very small and very uncomfortable. The bed was super firm. There were not enough blankets on the bed. The room smelled musty. The carpet and stairwells throughout the hotel were stained and dirty and the elevator was very old and dirty.

The price was reasonable. The hotel was centrally located in our travels.

wrost thing for me was cleanliness, found a hair entwined in the sheet on my bed, the hall floor looked as if it had never been mopped, the banister walking fromnthe lobby to the first floor was seriously grimy. The entire hotel needs major updating. Outside, it looks like it went through a hurricane!! open or broken windows curtians hanging out. Lamps in the rooms look really shabby.The swimming pool didn't open in the morning until it was time to check out? My kids would have surely swam when they woke up. There was no coffee in our room, and I had to leave the hotel for coffee because breakfast is not available anymore either.

Breakfast is no longer served. Some rooms had bathroom back ups. My 92 yr old father and disabled son in law had to walk down 2 flights of stairs in the morning because the elevator was loaded with the cleaning cart and supplies! Only 2 teeny tiny soaps and 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels left in all the the rooms with 4 person occupancy! No trash bags in the trash cans. No light bulb in 1 lamp, and the bedside lamp was broken.

Location is good. My room was fine. Other rooms were lacking in a lot of ways.

The pool was closed, much needed general maintenance to the rooms, the bathroom felt like a prison cell with a curtain rod hung way to tall. Our reserved room was unavailable (staff was nice and upgraded)no creamer for any coffee downstairs in the morning.
