Breakfast was horrible. Only served meats on weekends. Didn't have any fruit . No Jacuzzi. The beds were not comfortable. The bathtub didn't have a stopper for my kid to take a bath. None of the vending machines worked .

I must have ice in all of my beverages, water, etc. the ice machine was broken and they didn't know about it, supposedly until I brought it to their attention, twice. So, I had no ice. If I wanted ice, I had to go to the gas station for ice. The rooms are smoke free, but you could smell marijuana all up and down the hall. I wasn't able to take a bath. they installed new plumbing and it doesn't allow you to stop up the bathtub.

Nothing about the property. At the time of my checkout, there was a couple fighting in the lobby, which concerned me as I had my infant with me. Cops, firefighters, and ambulances came, which made me feel very uneasy.

On 3rd floor and a few rooms down there was a woman screaming very loud at her kids most of the night. The kids were screaming most of the night. Hard to listen to. I understand there is nothing you can do about it...just effected the stay.

I did not like how rude the front desk lady was, how dirty the rooms were, and that I had to pay a fee for parking when it wasn’t noted on the booking website.

Only stayed one night but noticed a lot about the stay. The curtains in our room were being held together with duct tape, and there were vinegar stains on the dresser and the headboard. Breakfast was mediocre, not a ton of options other than pancakes, fruit or toast. We stayed on third floor and only used the stairs as we didn’t see the elevator as a safe option, was very rickety and took forever to come from second floor to main

No wash clothes, no REAL blanket on the bed or anywhere in the room, no body wash and refrigerator barely worked, and the telephone was missing almost the of the buttons so I couldn’t call front desk for anything .

The apples were rubbery, the bananas would have been okay in banana bread, and I hated all the single-use, throw-away plates and everything.

We were unable to relax. Again, we chose a hotel where drug addicts frequent. While out walking around property we saw many syringes and drug baggies. People being loud and fighting. We are not druggies or addicts.

Location was good for busses to get from place to place. Across from Walmart was perfect!

The room was pretty dirty, hard wood floors and our feet were BLACK after walking on them for a day. We specifically booked a King Suite because we needed the bed in a room with a closed door because I was working from the hotel as we transitioned to move. The pictures showed the room we wanted, but the hotel staff tried to put us in a different room and we had to fight with them and show them pictures to get the room we paid for. Then we ended up having to extent our stay twice and booked the same room and each time we went to the desk with our extended booking, they fought with us over the room. The pictures showed the room and it specifically said “king suite” on our reservation, and it was the most expensive room we could book, but they continued to try and put us in a less expensive room. Super annoying to have to continually fight for the room we PAID for. Breakfast was almost non existent. It was limited to waffles, yogurt, cereal and apples. The first couple of mornings there was soggy runny eggs but they were gone if you weren’t down there by 7:30, but after the first couple of morning there was not eggs anymore at all (we were there for about a month)

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. We were specifically looking for a suite with a separate room for the bedroom with a door that closed and this hotel met that need for a very reasonable price, although you will see below that we had to fight for that room.
