What I didn't like had nothing to do with the hotel, but some of those staying smoking questionable substances outside of the property because they could not smoke in the rooms.

What I liked the most was the friendliness of the staff.

The covers had burn holes in them, pillows were a bit small but comfortable!

One of the rooms had ink all over the floor . Really couldn't find the ice machine.

I loved the area where the hotel was I was able to find pretty much anything in the surrounding area.

the room initially booked was not cleaned. even the tv was still on, that’s how soon they placed us in the room. once taken to the front desk they upgraded us to a king suite free of charge.

I requested for a non-smoking room, but the room they gave me I smelled like someone was smoking in there. Thanks God it was my son and me. So did not change. I requested for a late check out for 1 pm since my son's soccer game was in the afternoon, the receptionist said that check out is 11 am and I have to pay for another day if I want to stay pass 11:30am. I was only one hour away from home and wanted to make it easy on my son to shower and get some rest between games since he had two games on Saturday and one on Sunday.

The toilet stopped up in our room as soon as we got there & we had to go downstairs to get a plunger to unstop it! There was no microwave in the room.

Missed having a clock. The breakfast was carry out. Therefore there weren’t as many choices. The surrounding neighborhood was rundown. The motel itself was very safe and worry free.

The room was clean and functional. It was updated as much as could be in an older building. There were two chairs which could be put at the table for eating. The manager was extremely helpful, offering any food or service desired. We had a first floor non-smoking room, and could park our car at the door.

First room was dirty (covers and bathroom) then when she moved our room it bad chocolate on the top over hair was all in the sink and tub. It was last min and I guess i got what i paid for . But staying there again is a NO GO! And pool was closed .

Stayed here for a night on our way to Florida from Michigan. It was ok, nothing special, just a place to recharge ourselves after driving all day. The beds were comfortable, but the room could of used a little more cleaning. For the money I paid I would say it was decent.

The hotel was to close to street, and it was very noisy. They had a lot of lights outside due to suspect traffic making the room not dark enough to sleep. I believe I've payed to much for that room. Breakfast was pretty much at a low range. Coffee was weak and not very fresh.

The price is too high. Its never the same price. Sometimes its $65 a night then other times $100. I paid $130 for a night last visit and its disappointing. This is a motel. I could have paid for a nicer hotel at this price. Also, guests are really loud and inconsiderate. Staff dont seen to care much about it. I had to inquire about police being called because the noise was too much to bare.

The room smelled terrible, like mold or mildew. It's didn't go away after running the air conditioning. The hotel's appearance was nothing like the pictures posted on booking.com. Very disappointing. Felt like a "bait and switch". I was willing to pay the price based on the pictures. I don't think the actual room was worth what I paid.

The shower was very nice. Beds were comfortable.

There was nothing not to like because they checked all the right boxes. This was our first family vacation and we chose the best hotel to stay .

Everything was peacefully beautiful. The staff are awesome and helpful. The place was clean and smelled so good. The breakfast was super good. We will definitely come back again. If I could give them 20 stars I would. My family was so pleased with our stay.
