We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesA lot of yellow jacket wasps and nests in the canopy of the main entrance and above the room entrance on the second floor very dangerous to us as we have allergies to stings. Bath tub and sink are clogged or extremely slow. Bath tubs need to be reglazed or replaced. Bathroom doorway walls are filthy, house keeping needs to disinfect after each guest. Space between the outer door is too wide as it allows the wasps entry to the suite.
Location to our function was convenient. Staff very polite. Room was fairly clean.

United StatesRefrigerator and charging station didn't work. Handicap room has tub so not wheelchair accessible, though it did have a bench to which one could transfer, and a handheld shower. Their robot desk clerk sucks. And they won't give you a receipt for cash payments. All in all, nice hotel with terrible policies. And not a human being in sight, except for frustrated guests.
Location and hotel are great. Clean and smelled fresh. We asked for a handicap room and got it. However, they only had a booth for check-outs and check-ins and the person in front of me had some kind of problem that the remote guy or robot didn't seem to grasp, so I finally got tired of waiting & just dropped off the keys and left without my receipt or a refund receipt for the $100 no-smoking deposit. I will dispute the charge with the credit card company if it is not removed. And if they are going to use AI instead of people, the least they could do is have two of them.

United StatesThey use remote person rather than person on site to help you check in. You have to scan your ID and face, which should be a hug concern. They don't have sound proof windows so you will hear loud noise from the road.

United StatesRoom service was not good. I had to go to the office to ask for more towels and coffee packets because the phone from the room put me on perpetual hold. The towels and coffee never came. I had to watch the housecleaning pass by our room and go out and ask them for towels and coffee. They weren't going to stop even after I went to the office to ask for them. And when I asked for them the young man just replied espanol. I can understand if I were in Spain, Mexico, etc...but you're working in America. When I lived in Germany I learned the language enough to talk to people in their native tongue. No respect. The man in the 'little window' didn't do as I asked him to do about my payment method. I thought I was to pay the remaining balance when I left and explained to him my card company had declined because I was far from home and they wanted to protect me. I told them it was me and to lift the hold so I could pay for the room when we left. The communication from the guy in the window was horrible and he had no patience for a 71 year old woman who never checked into a hotel in this new computer. We had to stay in a smoking room cause it was the only one on the first floor that was available. I had reserved a non smoking room and the sheets and bedspreads were stained with burnt cigarettes.

United StatesThe rooms needs a fresh coat of paint. Rooms were clean but they looked dingy. We had a second floor room, no elevator. Not easy. It was adequate but nothing more. The pool was not heated and open every other day.
The location of the hotel was very good. Easy on and off of the hwy. They allowed pets and no one came in our room for anything. Room cleaning had to be requested
