Bath and shower curtain were filthy. Lady on the front desk was so rude. Couldn’t find our booking even when I showed her proof of it and payment, tried to get me to pay again then got shirty when I refused. Hung up on a guest in front of us and said some rude comments about them. Sheets had cigarette burns in them.

It was a little difficult to get to at night. Kept missing the turn to get to the property.

The room was very comfortable. I’m very pleased to say it met my expectations and then some. I booked this room because of the name. Although it looks much like a motel, the operation is more like a low grade hotel. The room was very clean, the beds were firm and the pillows were soft. I had a very good night’s rest. My only problem was a draw kept sliding open and the sitting chair (recliner like) was a bit used. Otherwise, all was well. Breakfast was also good. There were options to choose from. To the staff and owner of this Quality Inn….we’ll done.

I am vegan and there was hardly anything for me to eat! I had a piece of fruit and a little dry cereal! I am a nurse and health educator, and I was very disappointed that there were no options for a healthy bread or pancakes, There was no soy milk or soy yogurt options. We live in a world where people are becoming more and more health conscious and I believe that our hotels need to support these decisions. I know I am only one voice, however I talk with other people and would like for your hotel chain to live up to your name....choice!

The presentation is that of a typical parking lot room access site. There are no aesthetics here to speak of. These kinds of hotels can always be problem with noise - this one was not thankfully. Rooms had little natural light.

This budget hotel is the lowest price going in that area, by a lot. The hotel location is right off interchange for highway so is convenient. The hotel lobby and rooms were kept very clean. Common use facilities (ice machine, vending) were working. Desk staff were efficient and helpful. They do provide a basic breakfast.

Location on a cloverleaf exchange resulted in difficulty finding access road to follow. Drove by it twice. There is a small sign at entrance to access road, but it's hard to see in the dark. Older facility with outside entrance to each room.
