Ice machine broken, I was given last room didn't have a key or keycard so had to leave door open with lock to unload and load my items. Very disappointed 😞

It was very dirty and run down!! Dead bugs on the floors mold in the air conditioner stuff all over the walls and dirty hand prints on the doors hair on the floor lots of trash around the property. Pool looked like they had some issues keeping the water clear and LOTS OF BUGS AND DEBRIS

The bed sheets were stained on 3/4 beds. Dirty socks left under the bed. Blood stains on floor and light switch near bathroom. Tubs stained and gross. We were put in the back building and as soon as u get to that part, it looks like the ghetto. I think they have a contract with welfare to let homeless ppl live here. The breakfast was gross but had a bit to offer. Weird guys who I believe were staff sitting and staring the whole time we were unloading. Very creepy. The lights didn't work without blowing a fuse. And to use the outlet near the bed we had to turn on the light. The doorknob in the bathroom is coming off, and the lid on the back of the toilet was half way off. Also the toilet shakes when it's refilling The entire stand between the two beds was stained as well and just my heating pad on one outlet blew a fuse. The front staff were pretty nice but kind of seemed like they weren't entirely sure on what to do which made for an awkward position of us being called at 11 at night. Oh and the wires on the phone were broken and showing and that phone was dirty AF. The railing and stairs out back were pretty lose. The walkway from the back to the office smells like pee.

Room wasn’t very clean and the bathroom was dirty. My roommate believes she was bitten by a flea on the ankle. A little bit noisy even though occupancy seemed low. If it hadn’t been for a 14 hour day in the car, we would have tried another option upon inspecting the room.

Location, hot shower and a reasonably comfortable bed. Ground floor access and a parking spot right outside. Lots of carbs available for breakfast. Price was right.

The Staff was extremely pleasant and professional. First room we were checked in had a problem with a bed which was unstable and not "attached" to its base. The Manager immediately intervene and transfer us to another room apologizing. He was also very helpful in recommending a restaurant nearby. The lady at the reception desk was also very kind and professional.

Reservation was made via booking.com. Unlike request and confirmation the hotel had one room available iso two. Thanks to immediate action of the staff we had a bed for the night. Without any hassle on our side we could stay in a similar hotel.

Unfortunately our room smelled of smoke and I’m pretty sure I was to have a non smoking room. The smell lingered on my pajamas and I could still smell the cigarettes when I unpacked. The TV was a challenge, our cable cord was not connected, we had to plug it in.

Friendly front desk person. Breakfast was better than average. Waffles, sausage/biscuits, cereal, yogurt, coffee/tea. The only thing missing was eggs. Location was near the interstate, across from Walmart and Sheetz.

Rooms smelled of chemical cleaners. Ac units didn’t work very well, running all night in one room to keep it barely comfortable.

At the trash cans in the room, there were splatters on the wall that needed to be cleaned. The bottom bed skirt was dirty . The floors really needed vacuumed and cleaned. Someone must have been smoking in there previously. The room smelled bad when we entered. I bought lysol and sprayed.

The pool was great.. The breakfast was very good also. The staff was fabulous. Check-in was so helpful in getting a room right across from the pool for the kids.

The room smelled stuffy at first. We had to ventilate because it was a strong smell. Too many cobwebs around the stairs, the railings, and around the corners of the building. The TV remote wasn't working well. It was very hard to change the channel.

The location was very good. Complimentary breakfast was nice.
