Our mirror light didn't work, I told front desk who said they would get it fixed but it never was. When I asked at checkout the girl working said it was a electrical issue, I wish she would have given us this information when she found out. We figured they didn't even check. Also when we checked out we tried to split the room and the girl told us we should of done that a check in because the card you put down gets ran when you check in. I travel quit often and have never been told to do this at check in. When I asked she got an attitude and said its always like that. I just said ok and walked away. Not the best customer service.

The rooms on the 3rd floor have been renovated are are extremely nice. Beds were super comfortable.

The location seemed safe and inviting. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast options were wonderful. Options included bacon, eggs, biscuits, gravy, hash browns, waffles, cereal and more.

Needed a few items repaired. Our room had a few trim boards around the bathroom door missing, it had carpet sticking out of one corner because the trim board was not correctly installed, carpet was stained and smelled musty. The day we left, after some heavy rain a corner of the sheetrock in the ceiling above the bed, fell to the floor.

The carpet got our feet dirty. And the room was a little run down. Also the bathroom fan was extremely loud and I’m not sure that it worked in drawing the moisture in the shower room away. These annoyances were minor to me ( except the carpet) because I really liked the layout and the spaciousness of the room.

My children liked the breakfast. They are easy to please. I don’t eat breakfast but I specifically booked here because breakfast is served. I also really liked the sleep setup. My kids are adults so they feel better having separate spaces from each other. The king size bed was very comfortable. I appreciated that I could set my thermostat where I wanted. I also appreciated the cold drinking water in the lobby although I wish that it was filled more often. We traveled from a much more humid place and stayed in ABQ almost a week. We needed to drink a lot of water.

Breakfast was all “out of order”. No hot food, no juice. Just cereal and quick carbs like muffins and donuts. Big bummer as I was traveling with teenage boys and was counting on breakfast at the hotel. Clean but outdated and a little janky.

Bed was comfortable and I got a good sleep. I was right by the elevator but didn’t hear any hall noise.

Breakfast was decent. But... one morning when I wanted cereal, I discovered that the milk for the cereal was bad. I thought the air conditioner was too loud in our room (#101). Also found it odd that the bathroom vent fan was vented into the bedroom space. The result is hearing the vent fan more than necessary. Discovered that the vanity sink faucet would not allow any water flow on the hot water side of the faucet. Maintenance was advised and it was fixed the next day.

The king bed is rather high for a senior citizen, and the mattress was kind of hard. The shower didn't get very warm, and the shower faucet needs repair.
