Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe website just listed breakfast but didn't list that it wasn't free. I heard another 2 hotel visitors were upset that it wasn't free. It's fine and understandable if it wasn't but it should have already been listed that there is a fee for breakfast. Nothing wrong with clear communication. Everyone needs to know before booking so they aren't being mislead when they are trying to plan their days or weekend.
Room was perfect and clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

United StatesCheck in was at 3:00. We arrived at 4:15, given our key to the room. When we arrived to our room it was just starting to get cleaned. We were in a rush because we needed to get ready for a concert and had to wait for the room to be cleaned even if bough check in was at 3 and we were given a key.
Very reasonable price, and only 10 min from the concert venue. Hotel seemed clean.

United StatesThere was no dinner option and breakfast suck. The hotel kept charging my card and I had to call on two separate occasions to get my money back. First they charged me for my stay but I already prepaid on Booking.com then the night staff charged me again for partial payment for my stay but it was paid before I checked in.
The hotel was clean and nice! The location was really good and there is a shuttle that takes you to the airport which was convenient.
