I stay at this property every year for Labor Day weekend and it never lets me down.A boutique hotel/personalized experience, modern/upscale accommodations, generous amenities and my absolute favorite thing to look forward to… the complimentary ham and cheese quiche for breakfast.YUM!

Our room had lots of light with shades to block out most light for sleep; however, the inside window from the bathroom to the bedroom was not ideal, as it automatically turned on the light when using the bedroom late into the night. lighting up the enter bedroom. There was a way to turn it off after you entered the bathroom, but it would often turn back on before you made it back to the bed. Also, the fans in the bathroom ran night a day. If you are light sleeper this could be annoying. There was no workaround for this issue or the bathroom light issue.

It's in a great location, the room was nice but the outer spaces are nicer. Visually the R Inn is beautiful and classy.

The property is an old mortuary and almost has a stale smell of one. I wish I had a candle to burn in the room or something.

Located in a great location but also a very quiet and unassuming property. The breakfast room setup was great too. Lots of easy options to grab.

Some of the rooms have skylights in lieu of windows. Our room faced the street with a window, and this was perfectly comfortable for us.

I can't really fault anything. It was pricey, but so worth it! Thank you! Not a deal breaker, but perhaps considering the option to provide twin (zip/link) beds could be considered?

The accommodation has been so thoughtfully designed. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and full of modern touches. The complimentary (and delicious) breakfast was unexpected but appreciated. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was superb. Right in the middle of downtown Napa.

Really comfortable bed, just little bit on the small side for us.

We had a lovely stay! Beautiful accommodation. Great location to explore downtown Napa, very walkable. Plenty of parking available. And the amenities were great, there is coffee, tea, snacks. Our room was great as well, super comfortable bed with really nice linen.

Beautiful property! Centrally located! Spotlessly clean! I stayed in loft 11 and loved the amount of space. The bed is super comfy! I did experience some ants getting into the downstairs bathroom and the hotel promptly attended to the issue and even asked if I was interested in moving rooms. I moved into loft 12 which is an exact mirror of loft 11. There is plenty of parking and so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was also safe and very quiet. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend staying here!

The only thing I would change is the fact that there was no closet space or any drawers to put our things in. Not even nightstands.

Loved how intimate and cozy it was. The fresh water every day was a plus not to mention the snacks (cereal, granola bars, milk, juice, etc) provided in the kitchen. Everything was clean and the highlight was the bidet ☺️

Check-in/out was easy and efficient, the room was well appointed and very comfortable, and the on-site amenities such as coffee/kitchen were well stocked and appreciated. Was a bit too cold to use the courtyard but it looked like a wonderful place to enjoy a bottle of wine. Location was within walking distance of shops/restaurants, yet quiet and felt safe. On-site parking is convenient and wi-fi was quite good. Highly recommended.

Everything exceeded my expectations

The continental breaky was amazing on the weekend with great croissants, rolls and even a quiche! During the week it was also impressive with OJ, cereal and milk etc. Free parking. Walking distance to the best places. Everything was new and modern. Well-stocked rooms. Common rooms were fabulous and the room with the fireplace was perfect.
