Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRooms were slightly basic for the amount I felt. The shower was absolutely amazing though. The rooms were very simple. Although the remainder of the hotel and outside scenery surely made up for this. I was not at all disappointed with our purchase !!!!!
The hotel was amazing, from the front desk to elevators to the restaurant! We did a walk through when we arrived. Elevators will not let you go to your floor or any other without using your room key. This to us was nice as it insured security. The front desk and even the women cleaning were super friendly. We went to the restaurant inside the hotel after walking around and the bartender ericka was absolutely wonderful!!!! She had a wonderful attitude and made the end of our night very enjoyable!

The staff was wonderful! Made our honeymoon magnificent. The staff knew we got married in a sunflower field and put a congratulations card with sunflowers in our room. The personal touches just made us feel important.

United StatesIt is overpriced for the location. We felt a little like dealing with the airlines. They charge $20 to park on top of very high room rates. This is not NYC. This is Rochester Michigan. We arrived a bit early. I called and asked if early check in was allowed. They said yes, the room was ready. We showed up and we're told it was an extra fee. After I complained the waived it. We were wondering if we would get charged by the flush. Breakfast is not included. .
This is a quality hotel. Room was lovely. Very quiet. Staff very nice. Classy. It is a cut above.

United StatesFor how amazing the hotel, grounds, and staff were, the room I booked was slightly underwhelming. A beautiful and clean room, just not what I was expecting given the aesthetic of the rest of the location.
The customer service was amazing. At the restaurant downstairs, our server surprised us with a 24K gold garnish on our desserts. It was very apparent that the staff is invested making the experience a good one.

United StatesCheck in was a complete mess for my party of 6. I booked 3 rooms for an event held on property. I was told that we should not book rooms through 3rd parties because of its difficulty to find reservations. Took several individuals to research until the reservations were found. The staff was not friendly and kept repeating that they were sold out. It was very frustrating as I knew my reservation was confirmed.
the property is gorgeous as well as the grounds. The restaurant and especially the bar staff were exceptional.
