Around the bathroom tub it was mildewed, there was a hole in the wall where the room phone jack was. The housekeeper was not friendly at all. The location/area of the hotel was misleading on the map, making it look as if it was in a prime location of the ATL airport and not on a back street behind trees, next to a closed building and a poorly Motel 6.

The room was very spacious and comfortable and front desk staff was very friendly, and welcoming.

Not much really, the room was what I was looking for.

The room was clean and spatious. The staff were nice and helpful. It was located near the airport, which made it perfect for a short layover. There is a shuttle bus to the airport. All in all very convenient to sleep between flights.

Seems like I was double charged for parking and still haven’t received deposit back . Tv options were limited but I brought my apple piece and watched tv from my phone . Could definitely use a pool but other than that everything was ok .

I'm afraid the AC broke down in your shuttle. Also, very important, the holding bar at the exit door was BROKEN. This is a major safety issue and, as I mentioned above, my wife uses a wheelchair and crutches, and it was very difficult for her to step on the shuttle without the holding bar. It was just completely loose!

I loved your shuttle drivers. My wife is recovering from a spinal cord injury and she uses a wheelchair/crutches. Both your drivers were outstanding helpers and professionals. They really went above and beyond

1. One of the showers in the guest room had faulty temperature settings and made for a poor room experience. 2. I wish they provided larger bars of hand soap and a shelf in the shower stall to place them, 3. Ditto for the bathroom sink. 4. The lack of numerical room direction markers when you get off the elevator. Without them, one has to orient themselves first before proceeding. 5. Better quality bath towels. 6. We requested both guest rooms we had booked to be refreshed, but only one was, which also proved frustrating. 7. Lack of guest room guides providing information on local amenities and activities. 8. The room television offered limited stations and no channel information, so you had no idea what you were watching if you did not have previous familiarity, nor could you channel surf easily.

The bathroom was a little dirty. The shower curtain smelled like mildew. The A/C unit was set on 66 degrees but wasn’t really cooling the room. The gym has a broken exercise machine. The food has to be ordered at the bar. The food wasn’t that good.

front desk folks couldn’t smile if their life depended on it. linens on bed had a corner tear; bathroom had painted wood around the bathtub. no linens for sleeper couch in room nor service to bring them to room. what’s up with parking fee???

There were spilled chips by the elevator doors that no one cared to clean up. It made the hotel look untidy or like it was a wild party hotel. The sofa bed was outdated and no one could sleep on it because it was so thin you could feel every spring in it. pPlease change this out.

Conveniently located near major airport, easy for unloading, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. We got the room last minute after a day of missed flights and the price point and location were perfect!

breakfast was very poor. Not only did we have to pay for it, the food was presented in polystyrene and was poor in quality. We received much better free breakfasts at other "cheaper" chains during our holiday.

Rooms and building were up to what is expected of a Radisson. Location is decent for the airport, albeit the walk from the Air Train (after returning a rental car) wasnt great
