We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

JapanOur room's hair dryer was missing. We can't understand why the housekeeper didn't notice it! And there is no dryer left at the hotel. We paid extra to get this premium queen room. We've never seen such a room without a dryer for this level of hotel.
Nice view. Close to the interstate. We knew that Covington was a pretty city and enjoyed it.

United StatesI saw two cockroaches during our stay. One large and one tiny meaning they have had them for sometime. I also had to call 3 times(hours apart) for a roll of toilet paper and fresh towels before they finally arrived. This really ruined my overall experience here because I couldnt use the restroom in my room for hours and did not want to go downstairs after seeing the roaches crawling around.
The indoor pool was nice and location was convenient.

United StatesThis hotel could use some renovations. Curtains in my room were ripped, bathroom looked really old, dressers were broken and the railing from my balcony was loose. My room also had trash behind the Tv and behind the bed. The photos are a little misleading as far as how big the rooms are and how new they are.
The view from my room was perfect, I had a riverfront view from the 17th floor.
